Loud parties late night in meeting room/ballroom. I was on 6th floor and still heard music & bass. Again, late night.
Housekeeping starts early and is very loud and continually let doors slam shut

The furniture and bathroom were dated. The towels were thin. The room was not cheerful. The floor in the hall seemed to never be vacuumed. There was insufficient light in the hallway.

The hotel and room were clean.
The parking garage was very very tight. Also the toilet in our room broke twice and no one came to fix it the second time and we had to use the bathroom in the lobby for the rest of the stay and we never had a working tv and with kids that was a major issue.

The staff was super friendly and the bed was comfortable. The shuttle driver was extremely helpful. Kirk, front desk agent, was extremely kind!
The shower was dirty; hair and dirt particles everywhere and it was barely cleaned once I asked for room service to clean it. The a/c unit smelled like pure piss

Great staff and shuttle drivers and restaurant servers. Very convenient to the airport for early morning departures. Have stayed here at least three times in recent years. Worth the money. Would recommend!

Transfer from Airport to the hotel for free.
I had to use my credit card for deposit and, for my surprise, Holiday Inn credited twice and a different amount from the one was mentioned at the check-in. In total, $50 plus $120. After more than 3 business days the amount is still pending declination in my credit card. I contacted the hotel and I was informed that it was not possible to cancel such transaction, moving this situation to a different department. The same situation also happened in another Holiday Inn (Arlington at Ballston, from 10 to 14 July 2023). Everyday it was credit $120 dollars in my credit card and I never received any response from this hotel. I am very disappointed.

Perfect location from airport! Plus, the hotel has a shuttle every 30 minutes to drop and pick up! Only 6 minutes away. The restaurant is great!! The food and drinks made my overnight stay!

very poorly cleaned room, on towels and floor hair from previous guests. and the worst thing is bed bugs. they bit us. at the reception chose not to notice the mob claim by offering a bottle of water as compensation. the hotel in the state capital is terrible!

front staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious and we were very well received. The hotel is a stone's throw from the airport which made it an ideal location for our needs.

Reached out to staff about the following problems in the app and none got a response. One was even deleted by them. For reference, I had an ADA room. In no particular order:
- there were ants in the bathroom in the shower, on the side of the toilet, on the floor, and likely elsewhere but those were the three I got photos of (so far)
- the front desk staff and the shuttle driver were all incredibly rude, like they were upset they had to help the guests (even the group of airline pilots that checked in when I did)
- the toilet stopped flushing my 2nd morning there for no reason (not backed up or anything like that)
- no USB charging outlets and literally none of the pronged outlets worked; I had to charge everything at the office after buying a battery pack for last night and this morning
- the alarm clock would not even turn on
- neither would the phone
- again, there were ants in the bathroom
- no hair dryer in the room but again this was probably because the outlets didn’t work
- left my first morning there for business at around 8:30 a.m, got back at exactly 3:30 p.m. and housekeeping still had not tended to my room, contacted the front desk and again got no help
- no sort of hotel guide book in the room with where to eat, find transportation, emergency protocols, that sort of thing
- one more time, there were ants in the bathroom
- the room was ridiculously hot and the fan in the window unit could not be turned off or set to a lower power
- the toilet wasn’t even installed correctly, it was installed at a hard angle sticking out of the tiny bathroom counter
- the view was just looking at a block of concrete and no I am not kidding
- to close things out, there were ants in the bathroom (oh, and another one on a towel I was leaving on the floor for after my bath, so we’re up to four I’ve found in less than one hour)
The only good thing is the bed was super comfortable. But now that I have stayed here two nights I’m wondering if I’ve had ants crawling all over me.

Location is perfect, easy access to downtown DC with a Cheap Uber, Metro or driving. Location also has good restaurants mostly Italian and Spanish but all the good Fast Food if your into that. Rooms are kept clean and staff are friendly.
Rooms are super outdated, connecting ports are badly placed and some didn’t work.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing. I did not have high expectations for the food but I’m was wrong! Location was great, free shuttle to the airport where we got right onto the Metro!
Parking was expensive, and you have to pay extra for a microwave.

Upon arrival the staff was rude. When we got in the room, the sofa bed wasn't made up. We found linen but no pillows or blanket so had to call housekeeping. No answer. Called the front desk and were put on hold. We ended up waiting more than 30 minutes for housekeeping and then they only brought 2 pillows, no blanket.
The room itself was clean but in general in poor shape. Rather disappointed for the price.
