Central location but quite noisy.

Not clean. Quarter sized soap. Noisy. Grumpy staff.

Nice option for traveling with a group.

There were issues with the power, however, i believe they were doing work on it the day we left.

Everything. Location noisy; room 201 there were 2-3 older men noisy & banging until well past 11pm - called front desk 3 times to deal it but very little change; car alarm went off 3 times by our room - no problem; safety concerns in room - insecure microwave/swallow shelf - almost fell off, shelving unit over toilet not secured almost tipped over using it to get in/out of very deep tub - 1 handrail, bathroom mouldy trim & no hairdryer or receptacle for shaver, miss matched lighting; main room/bed not very comfortable or functional - only one nightstand & no clothes storage or hangers; 2nd room with 2 beds - no night stand, very basic. Garbage around stairs from time of arrival/departure. I contacted Management Thurs mid day before Friday to adjust reservation regarding 1 of 3 unable to come, they didn’t return until Friday day of travel on ferry. I did not return call because we arrived just past 4pm check - in - No Accommodation so paid reservation. Management sent 2 emails later Friday confirming they would allow cancellation but didn’t offer it at time of check-in. This business is shady, poorly run, rundown & dirty overall. definitely the worst accommodations I’ve booked through booking.com & will never do repeat or recommend. Pay at time of departure so you don’t get screwed.

Pleasant decor. Fridge and microwave. Lovely garden courtyard down below. Some units (not mine) had balconies with outdoor furniture.

*Noisy - heavy traffic and tenants on balconies. *I am 5'3".The bed was more than hip height and firm. I had to pull over the sitting chair to help get up on it; still challenging. *No A/C. *Floor blackened my feet!

Not the hotel fault but some guy was yelling few minutes at 3am.

Comfy bed, great wifi speeds (around 80 down, 10 up), good price, good location.

I did not like my stay here at all because .....With no reason or cause the staff canceled or booking with booking.com on the basis that we were a no show while we were currently renting a room from them and now they had the police come to kick us out without cause or reason and will not accept payment for our stay even though it's a valid booking ..... I woke up this morning noticed a half a foot of snow covering the ground got up and went and helped shovel the snow all the way around the hotel we haven't been any problem we haven't caused them any issues and still even after that they would not accept payment for my valid booking the staff are harassing us and are being obnoxious and threatening us it's not a good place to stay

Admission and room service staff were friendly and respectful

There was no iron and electric kettle in room before we asked for those.

For the value they charge, Port-O-Call is a great place to stay. Always very clean, with helpful and and very friendly staff. I have stayed here several times and have always had a good experience with them.

The only thing that this time made a bit of a discomfort for me was the leaking of the bathroom ceiling. It wasn't much, only a few droplets and was taken care of in a timely manner. It didn't end up being a major concern.

Great stay and will definitely be back
