Not much. It’s expensive and not very nice.

Location. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Quiet.
The extremely short toilets. Felt like made for a toddler. Some of staff not very friendly. Breakfast was not as varied as previous Hampton Inns I have stayed but still ok.

Location and staff
Rooms were very tight and smelled musty… staff allowed a church group to perform baptisms in the pool with a ton of congregation in there so no one else could enjoy the pool.

Nothing. I booked my stay from the Hampton on Southland drive location through booking.com. when I tried to switch locations, the manager of the Hampton Inn, Lexington I 75 told me it would be no problem. If Booking.com would contact him they sent him an email or several. He continually lied to me said they hadn’t even attempted any form of contact with him, Al, he steadily sent me emails extending my check in time through Booking.com so it was either lose all the money for the whole day because he kept extending the check in time to wear. I wouldn’t just lose the one day I would lose both days so after sitting in my car for eight hours at the other location and calling Booking.com calling the manager at the Hampton Lexington 975 location, I was forced to go to the Winchester Road Hampton Inn and ended up missing my medical appointment. The whole reason I was here and being a disabled veteran on a fixed income. I just lost all the way around..If They are that eager for clientele there seems to be a better method than extortion disabled veterans out of their pension and if they’re doing that, there’s no telling what they’re doing at that property.

We liked the continental breakfast
The pool wasn’t open and we were not informed ahead of our stay. The hotel had a Smokey smell and other smells about it that my daughters and I did not like. The next morning we noticed women’s underwear outside the front entrance…just a few things that weren’t great

I was very disappointment in the 2 nights I only stayed because of the lack of hot water in the shower in the 2 rooms we were in…. We had to change rooms twice … I am very displeased because of the dogs that was on the 2nd continued barking during the night which we were awaken during the night because of them…. We cut our stay short and did not get any discount for the inconvenience… We will never stay at this hotel in the near future and would not recommend anyone else ….

Worst experience ever at Hampton Inn Lexington I-75 . I travel a lot and have always had a good experience in this kind of hotels. In this case it was very bad. When I made the reservation I added with the reservation request, the communication that we were arriving with a dog. Being a pet friendly hotel, I figured there was no problem, but I felt it was fair to communicate this in advance. In response I received a communication from the hotel, that they can grant my request and that there is no extra charge. Upon arrival, to my surprise I am told that there is a dog fee of $75 (this cost is crazy since the room for two was $130 and if we had known this we would have definitely chosen another hotel). I showed the check in lady their email saying that there would be no additional fee for the dog. The lady apologizes and tells me that in that case they were going to take this fee off. On the morning of check out I still found the $75 in the bill to be paid and ask for an explanation. The lady at the reception (a different one than the night before) informs me that later, when the manager would arrive, they would take off the $75. Long story short, I trusted and thanked them and left. Instead, with disappointment and anger I saw that they charged me the full amount, including the $75.
I felt I was being taken for a ride and I find this to be very unprofessional and dishonest behavior.
I will no longer be a guest of their hotel chain, because thankfully in other hotels they are far more transparent with communication. Also, so many hotels do not add fees for dogs and, if they do, they do not exceed $25 (see for example La Quinta by Wyndham where we stayed the next night.)

Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Breakfast and coffee was good. The location was conveniently close to the Interstate.
My room on the first floor had an odd setup. It had a large curtain across one wall. Behind the curtain were clothes hangers and an iron. It was ok for one night but not if I were planning to stay longer.

The air conditioner was set on 60 degrees when we arrived. The clock had not been changed to day light saving time. There wasn’t many choices of TV channels.

The location was convenient for traveling.
The hotel rooms were dirty and not well maintained. The shower flooded the tub. Also the pool was closed which they should have mentioned at the time of booking. We have always picked Hampton Inn to stay at but this was has not up to standard.

Location was easy to access with restaurants nearby. The registration person was so pleasant and helpful.
Hampton may as well do away with the breakfast bar. Breakfast potatoes were ice cold and scrambled eggs were not warm either. Sel action for pastries were very poor.

Really disappointed the pool was closed for maintenance with no indication listed before booking. Traveling 500+ miles with kiddos, we were looking primarily for a place to stay with a nice pool to let the gets burn some energy.

We traveled with our kids with the expectation to swim to find out upon check in the pool was down and there was no offer of a rate change due to this. Couldn’t cancel for another hotel with a pool because of the cancellation fee.

They did honor the room I booked for my father but not the one for me despite having a confirmation number and email. They did find me another room at a lower rate though.

Updated facility maybe some gravy with the biscuits. The sausage tasted good, but was cold and overcooked. Like a hockey puck.
Cold dry sausage. And the air conditioner in the hallway right by our room 326 was leaking water into the carpet at least 6 feet. We told 3 different people and every person had a different answer. Just didn’t want the facility to have a leakage onto the 2nd floor ceiling.

The location was good, right off 1-75. The room was spacious and clean. We both loved the fluffy pillows and the amount of them. The breakfast was good, although we were late and it was almost over, so some of the food was starting to get cold. A nice selection of eggs, sausage, muffins, yogurt... and waffle maker. The lobby was large and the tables were set at an angle which was visually pleasing. Mike, the clerk, was especially helpful to us with the reservation and with cancelling another reservation for later in the month. We were so happy to get a first floor room.
I cannot think of anything we did not like... except the bathroom sink would not drain. We noticed it immediately but it was our fault, we did not report it until the next day.
