I didn’t get like being told I’m being refunded because i was overcharged then actually getting not only charged the wrong amount but getting CHARGED again my “refunded” amount and never hearing back from anyone at the buisness!

Included breakfast is really nice. I am surprised there are hot plates. The dining area is clean and the food looks fresh. I mainly wanted to go to the pool but had no time for it. The bedding is comfortable.

I can hear someone talking at 4 am and wake me up. I smell someone smoking marijuana which is a big NO NO. I am living on the 6th floor, unbelievable. I thought it was a smoke-free hotel. The bathtub faucet is very loose and hard to turn and will fall off any minute and cause drowning.

The property's proximity to the airport was really convenient. I didn't have far to travel to catch my flight. Breakfast was certainly an improvement over what I had eaten at another chain hotel earlier in my trip.

Security and breakfast

The gentleman at the front desk was more than accommodating. He was very nice and cheerful. The size of the room was great, especially having kids with us, they had plenty of room to play and run around.

The carpet in the hallways were buckling. The breakfast was ok. the quality of food has gone down since Covid. The pool was cold, my girls turned blue after a half hour playing in the pool and then had to take a shower to try and warm up. The hot tub was closed. Our bed mattress was beyond the time to replace it, the huge indentation in the middle of the mattress made it very difficult to sleep without rolling down into it. Coffee wasn't great either.

Breakfast was o.k. a good assortment, all edible but, as is the case with all three- star American breakfasts, nothing special.

USB ports were not available in the room!

The airport shuttle was not clean but very nice drivers. However one did not help with my bags. it was a struggle to lift the two up and down the van’s stairs.

Room was big and Clean very comfortable the staff they were very nice the location was great for us close to airport and Mall of America. Breakfast was good! and the breakfast staff were nice ladies! overall it was a great stay

Our sofa bed was a little dirty asked them to change the sheets they(staff) were very fast to change it. Nothing bad because they fix it right way they make sure things are clean but thing happens just a human mistake :)
