They way yhe restaurant was set up. Breakfast should be included.

Staff was so very rude to me. Restaurant closed an hour early so they could go home. Pool closed early for cleaning on a Friday night?? Bathroom had no shower curtain. Staff gave me a menu for a permanently closed restaurant and when I nicely told them it was closed (so they would not distribute to future customers) the guy at that desk literally started yelling at me that it wasn’t his fault they were closed and he doesn’t care if I’m unhappy. Then he and the other desk clerk started laughing and complaining about me right in front of me. I stayed here a few years ago and it was so nice. People please don’t waste your money on this dump.

They lost my reservation, over-charged for room, coffee machine didn't work, treadmills in fitness didn't work & there was no breakfast because cook called in sick. Also very noisy. Awful place.

Location for event I attended and Dove soap dispensers in room.

Pool area and hot tub area was a mess and not clean. Pictures don’t justify reality. Dirty shower curtains as well.

Asked for a luggage rack, & nobody knew what it meant. So rather than asking (which shouldn’t have been necessary, they just didn’t do anything.

appearance of the property was appealing, and location was good. Coffee was good in lobby. Rooms were comfortable and clean and view from our room was nice. I liked that had pool and hot tub to enjoy.

Front desk staff was not very engaged, the gentleman barely spoke other than to say our room number or briefly answer a question if we asked one. We arrived for Breakfast at 7am and it was 15 minutes late being ready and the tables were all dirty when we arrived for breakfast and had to wait for one to be cleaned. Pool area flooring is very slick since it is a smooth painted surface with no texture and seems to be no ventilation in pool/hot tub area as it was very very steamy and high chlorine fumes in air.

The only issue was the morning breakfast. The staff had a hard time keeping up with coffee and food. Othewise the buffet was very good.

I always like this hotel it's clean and quiet rooms are always immaculate.

I didn't like the fact the elevator was broken on this weekend alot I had to to bring all my luggage down the hallway stairs which is a little creepy

Rooms were a great size! I liked that they had elevators in the middle of the building as well as on the end. We ended up staying the same night as a girls hockey tournament so there were lots of people and anyone who has played hockey / has knowledge, knows the amount of gear those poor players lug around; the two elevators worked well! Staff were courteous and helpful.

Our first room was dirty, used towels left in the bathroom, crumbs on the bathroom counter, stains on the office chair/couch. The second room we were put in was much better. Walls were paper thin, you might as well have been rooming with your neighbor. Bathrooms were TINY and dated. Pool area there must be a MAJOR ventilation/moisture problem… it was literally raining there was so much moisture on the ceiling. Don’t pay extra for the “River view” it is not worth it… Last but not least the deadbolt on our room door didn’t work. That’s a big concern for anyone traveling in my opinion.

what I Liked About The Property Was That, Y’all Try & Do What Y’all Can & Treat Me With Care & Respect There Space.

What I Don’t Like About The Property Is When People Have Party’s At Night They Should Have A Security On That Floor To Watch The People On That Floor.
