we had no hot water and when we called they said let us know before showering and we will turn off and turn on your water. 😡

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed how the room layout was, and the bed was extremely comfortable 😌 It was just luxurious

Well when I first check in, I was put in level 2, so we took all our stuff there and went grocery shopping, cut the beef and about to cook dinner. Found out the stove top was not working, it has weird smell too when we first crank it on. So I went to front desk and told them the issues, two of the ladies just stare at me like crazy, barely said a word to me. I asked if I could change to a different room, and she just processed and gave me a new card key. I was expecting at least an apologies for all the inconvenience. We had to move all our stuff from level 2 to level 1. This has never happened to me and I don't expect a hotel with kitchenette to not have a functional stove with the amount of money that I had paid for a 4 days stay. I asked her to note it on the account the issues because we don't want to get charged extra, she said Ok. The next morning my husband reported to another person at front office again just to make sure the info is there, and it seem like it wasn't noted. The air vent in the bathroom was not working either. Our 2nd room, the stove top was good to use, but pot were disgusting to use. Good thing I always bring my own pot when I go anywhere. Can't open the refrigerator all the way out because the dishwasher is right across from it. Space was tight can't even open the dishwasher all the way either. Found a dirty rip socks on the floor by the edge of the bed. Breakfast is another story, 3 days straight scramble egg the same way, potatoes wedge was salty. Then the last morning we were there, the egg or whatever they cooked were burned, I don't know how they expect a human to eat that. Also the sheets look disgusting, this is something I would trash. I did not have a good experience at all and would never come back again! I have attached some photos with the sheet, burn egg, and nasty pot to prove my point.

It was close to the business I was working at and was close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The lady that inspected our room was super nice too. I wish I had her name so I could let her know she was the best part of our stay there.

The hotel had a lot of parties going on and a significant amount of people coming in and out all hours of the night. Dogs everywhere barking inside the hotel rooms. Marijuana very much present in smell.

I usually never leave reviews on anything but this hotel, I definitely will. So I thought considering this hotel was by Hilton would be a good hotel. Boy was I wrong! So many bad things to name but I’ll name a few. The room stunk, the hotel smelt like marijuana, and it’s definitely not up to fire code. I was checking my beds for bed bugs because it was so bad! I didn’t even use the shower while here. I was too scared I’d catch something. This hotel was not worth the money I spent on it for the 2 nights and NEVER again will I spend another $1 here. Kinda has me scared to stay at another Hilton. Just read the reviews on hotels before you book and end up like we did!

I had to wipe off an oily spray that was found on the bedside tables. The carpet was oily feeling on bare feet. The bathroom trash can was missing until I found it in the kitchen. The bathroom ceiling was stained.
