Booking.com asked for preferences, which was the highest possible floor. Although reserved several weeks in advance, there were no available rooms that met that preference and we were on the 2nd floor, which is the entry level of the property.

Location was perfect for activities at broadway at the beach. So much for families to do at broadway. Pool was clean as well as the room. Enjoyed breakfast and getting to make waffles.

Great location next to our planned event. It was quite nice, comfortable bed, great little breakfast too!

The breakfast was amazing and gigantic. I traveled for work and I'd love to bring my family back here because the location is so amazing and next to everything!

While it was appreciated, the free Wi-fi was really really slow. It was easy to get a little bit lost because of all of the different entrances and lobbies.

We liked that the hotel was located on Broadway at the Beach property.

When we arrived and checked in, the keycard didn’t work at first so I went back down to the reception area the gentleman checked it again and I went back upstairs to try it. It didn’t work again so my husband was on his way back down but the housekeeper told him what he needed to do to enter our room. He literally had to pull up on the door handle and push really hard to get in. The bed was uncomfortable and the sofa bed was very noisy whenever my son would toss and turn while sleeping. Also, the breakfast wasn’t great. My children stated that the only thing that they enjoyed was the Yoplait yogurt.

Location was perfect. Walking distance from many different family friendly things. Breakfast had a great variety and tasted good. Staff was friendly and professionally. They were very accommodating to whatever we needed.
