Location was ideal. The neighborhood is very nice. Views were lovely. Spacious condo. 1st floor. Quiet even with neighbors above and next door. Screened porch (although it has a tear in one side) is nice to enjoy the early morning sunrise. Plenty of kitchen stuff to use (traditional coffeepot, small food chopper, lots of pans/utensils/dishes/a few serving bowls/1 handtowel) and cabinet space to store your food. 1 roll of paper towels, a few paper plates/plastic utensils/dish soap and sponge/2 dishwasher soaps, sm shampoo/conditioner and a sample of laundry detergent were also provided. Extra pillows and blankets are available. Unit does have an iron, vacum and broom to use. Plenty of hot water for showers. Vacasa staff were quick to make repairs every time we needed.

The first time walking in, the overall impression is run down, tired, owners only care about collecting their rent. It does not look like pictures on booking dot com (It's decorated like someone raided the basement of no longer used decor, furniture and linens) Floors were dirty, so we had to buy a mop. We were a group of 6 and with the unit having 2 full bathrooms, there was only 1 roll of toilet paper provided. (Quick trip to buy more was a necessity) A small hand mixer was missing the blades. Dryer takes an hour to dry even small loads. (a blocked dryer vent was 1 problem. I think the other is the dryer is old and probably needs replacing) Staff came to fix 2x. Burnt out lightbulbs, staff replaced. Glass front oven door fell off, but staff repaired. (older model and clips/glue were worn. Fridge and dishwasher appear newer) Missing pictures off wall (but nails still there) Master bedroom has lightsocket with 1 working plug. Front bedroom has the same issue and someone put electrical tape over it instead of fixing. (I didn't bother checking every socket in the unit but someone should) Porch furniture has paint chipping off, old torn rug, old cushions. Inside, living room area has a cheap outdoor rug. Bed pillows, while appearing new are flat. Beds are not very comfortable so short stay is advised. We were there 6 nights. Beds are all twin sized, which can be good if you have a large group (I took pictures of everything but this site only allows 4 to be posted) You are charged nonrefundable damage and cleaning fees yet we did not damage anything and you are required to clean up, empty trash and strip beds and start washer and dishwasher before checking out. This place has such great potential. Fresh paint, a few throw rugs, matching decor - would go a long way to make the visual improvements needed. (We are staying in another condo in the same development - same price and it looks like it belongs in a magazine )

The location was good. The place overall was nice.

The beds weren’t comfy. I had to vacuum my room when I got there due to stuff on the floor.

it could have been cleaner and dirty underwear was left in the closet 2 dirty rags were left in the bathroom, coffee was left in the coffee pot, and the floors was dirty.

The home was very convenient to everything! It was comfortable, clean and included all the amenities we wanted!

The 3 flights of stairs. My mother-in-law is elderly and has bad knees. If I had realized there would be steps to climb before I booked, I would have looked for something on a bottom floor.

It smell like Mary Jane when I enter the apartment, not sure if it was the person before me or the apartments around me

I loved that it was spacious. everything was upgraded. beautiful decor and very comfortable.

I wish there was cleaning supplies. when we were done cooking, I went to go clean up and there was no cleaning supplies. I would have liked for there to have been more towels and wash cloths.

Love area and very quite location.

We stayed on 3 floor...wish there was elevator..wanted to bring grandson but couldn't carry him up those steps he is 10 and just had foot surgery with cast an wheel chair but will check on floor unit next time.

property was very clean and in a great location with all new modern kitchen . Location was close to everything.

The TV in the living room must need to be replaced because every twenty minutes it will dim to almost dark, then ten minutes later brighten up again. The walk up to the 3rd floor, wasn’t bad leaving with our stuff but on arrival it really gave us a work out going up the stairs. The thermostat is also set on a limit of 70 degrees as far as heat goes. And on the last two days of our stay it got down to the 30’s at night and the indoor temperature of 68 was a little chilly for us and our guest.
