While visiting family, it was in a convenient location and close to restaurants.
However, in other hotels the bed pillow have been poor at least here you pillows were excellent.
I was unhappy with the lack of cleaning of my room during my 3 day stay.

I liked that it was well lit around the property because I had to take my dog out to potty around 10:00. Everything was convenient.

I liked how close it was to some really good restaurants. The pool was amazing and wasn't overly crowded. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The only complaint that I have was the cable/ satellite kept cutting out or losing service on the TV. So we could not watch TV when at the hotel.

The facilities look nice from the outside but when you take a closer look the truth is reviled.
The beds were not comfortable. They do not include breakfast and if you want it... it cost $12 a person. It is accepts dogs for a cost but they have almost no place to walk them. They have a pool but it is in/out door and not suitable for cold... plus really small.

The staff was very helpful and polite
I didn’t like that we had to pay for breakfast. It should be be free continental breakfast like other Hotels. If I would have known that I was going to have to pay for breakfast I would’ve went to another hotel.

Clean, easily accessible hotel with ample parking where people and pets feel comfortable and welcome. Great wifi connection, good water pressure and excellent coffee in the morning.

It looks very much like the pictures
The staff who checked us in was rude and barely said anything to us. She handed us our key abs turned her back on us to return to her cell phone. The pool bathroom was out of order. Our room toilet wouldn’t flush. The price was high and no breakfast was included. Continental breakfast was $8.95 per person!

Pull out couch bed uncomfortable, refrigerator not working correctly, leaking. Maids did not replenish towels as requested. Restaurant too high priced.

room was a bit dirty but got the suite for the jacuzzi tub. i have a back problem and the tub normally helps. filled it and turned it on — dirty jets threw a bunch of particulates in the water. I’ve seen this before with poorly maintained tubs - so glad I checked before getting in. waste of money.

Staff was helpful
The room was a dump. Bathroom light fixture buzzed so much when you turned the lights on I had to remove the bulb. The Sheets had stains. The curtains and walls were also dirty. We checked out a day early. It was definitely not worth the money.
