The staff was pleasant and the folks who live here seemed nice enough.

The office is only staffed from 11am-7pm. If you need to check out earlier than 11am, that’s not going to happen. If you need to check in, or really anything else, after 7pm, same story. The place is also roach-infested. I had to go buy insecticide and spray the whole room. In four days, they never even came to take out my garbage. Maybe that explains the roaches.

Nothing I had to cancel my stay it was so disgusting. Roaches.. the place reeked of pot. The room was filthy... staff rude and Un helpful. I am Still waiting on my refund from booking .com

Nothing Un safe and a deplorable place

Hard time getting that water to work in the shower. the air conditioner wouldn’t hardly work. Had roaches running around. Room wasn’t clean. Didn’t like the fact the office isn’t open on Sundays for people to check in and out.

Rooms in serious need of remodeling and upgrades.

The check in was bad because of attitude of the office staff. The place was crawling with cockroaches. They cattered to welfare, unimployed andhomeless people. It was not a good place for tourist. If you weren't staying for a week or a month you were not welcome. I suggest you take this place off your agenda.

had third floor room and elevator was not working. Advertised fully stocked kitchen, there was nothing.

We never seen a breakfast. We would not have ate because the place was extremely dirty. We we told that there was no one there to cancel.

Requested no stairs.too Was on 3rd floor. There was trash and half eaten food on the stairs. There was a Oder of beer or urine everywhere

There were 2 roaches in my room. I seen them when I woke up the next day. I told the General manager of the situation and she said she is sorry to hear that. A worker even went in the room and seen them. No solution offered. I asked for a refund and she refused. I will never use this brand again for any of my hotel stays. I have my own trucking company and will never send my drivers here either.

The room had roaches in it and management did not resolve my issue.

It was nice that it was located across from a shopping center and local merchants.

The room leaked water, had bugs and had many damaged walls or doors from violent people previously there. Apparently I was put in a smoking room and NEVER booked that. Not a professional run place at all.I would NEVER stay there again. The cost was cheap but apparently you get what you pay for. I left a day early at my expense to stay in a different hotel closer to Atlanta.

Location was close enough to my fishing trip for the weekend.

Lets start with check-in, the web site didn't state they close at 7pm. When I arrived at 730pm, the phone to call went straight to disconnect. So I called the number on the website, no answer. One of the residents went and found her. She was lacking in customer service big time. I go upstairs to my room, and turned on the tv it didn't work. I called the front desk, they explain they had an upgrade to digital, but not all the rooms were done. That's not the worst, the room smell like smoke, no mention suggested it was a smoking room. Also explain to me why three screw were just lying on the floor under the bed. I thought I was in a Bates Hotel episode. Will never stand here ever again and I strongly suggest no one else does either. Sorry just stating the facts!

Bugs, refrigerator did not work, toilet not working properly, elevator did not work so had to climb 3 flights of stairs, exterior had garbage everywhere, long term residents left bags of garbage in a corner near my door because of lack of trash cans. caked for service on refrigerator and the fix was to raise the temperature, toilet never fixed after issue was reported

Nothing at all. It was cheap cause it allows smoking in some rooms but other than that you really get what you pay for.

Walls in the room was dirty, NO HOT WATER ALL WEEK WATER WAS LUKE WARM. I KILLED A FEW ROACHES AS WELL.

They where closed when I got there I called them they said come back tomorrow at 11:00am
