It was close to the location where we were going. Check in went smoothly but the desk agent seemed tired or distracted. Room was nice enough.

There was no signage for the price of breakfast, we had to wait for a table to be cleaned and there were a few tables empty but dirty. Quality of the food was subpar. I’ve had better tasting food from hotels where breakfast was complimentary.

2 of my wheels were stolen off my car after I paid to keep it there for 3 days. The hotel won't take any financial responsibility for such a negligent breach of trust and security. I'm out $2,200.00. I don't find that fair or good business practice.

Nothing......After arriving I had to wait for check in. It was 1am and I was told it would be another hour before paperwork would be done for the computer to change to the next day. I asked once again would there be an extra charge? No she said. Imagine my surprise when the phone rang at 1:00. am and I was told very rudely that I owed for another day or someone was coming to remove me. My reservations were for Jan 6-7 the computer had the 5-6 not my issue. I paid $89 plus tax to go back to sleep. Please stop recommending these hotels.

The staff was rude as hell. The front desk manager is a liar. As soon as I said Booking .com I was first told they couldn't find it. Then I sat on the couch while she checked in several people from my flight. Just poor service. The room was smelly and the curtain didn't close all the way. Awful..........

bathroom door didn’t lock properly. there was a weird smell in the room. need a refrigerator breakfast menu is limited and could not order breakfast alcoholic beverages.

I did not like the fact that the location would not take cash upon check-in. I have never had a problem before paying cash for my room up front and putting the incidentals deposit on my card. This was a huge inconvenience and almost caused us not to stay. There was nothing online or anything posted at the hotel that gave travelers this information.
