Friendly staff, Location to Bradley Airport couldn't have been more perfect. They had Shuttle Service which was great! Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Even though I booked for 3 adults and an 8 year old child, the room only had 2 sets of towels, washcloths etc. No Continental Breakfast of ANY Kind. Not even fruit or Pastries.

They said they have breakfast but all that’s there is limited bagel a waffle press machine, bread slices, tangerine (fruit) 2 type cornflakes and coffee if I knew I would not pay for the breakfast included.

The beds were comfortable and the location was near alot of restaurants.

Some of the other residents that were staying there were being loud. The room had a bad smell to it like something wet. I was not told we were supposed to request fresh towels and linen. When I called at night for fresh towels, they said they didn't have any. When I asked about the internet not working in the night, they said to try the password again and give it five minutes. I will not be staying here again.

The hotel is ok for the value of the money. The main problem is the clean. Housekeeping is not really doing their job as it should be. Towels is not clean, and bed cover is not clean also.

Nothing...we had 4 throw pillows. Tiny pillows. Staff would not provide us with more. Room was not all that clean...cable nocked half the channels as I was watching TV. And to top it of they tagged 40 bucks on my bill to 180. This place is horrible

The sheets were so old that they were thread bare. The whole vibe of the hotel was sketchy, I was alone and did not feel safe.
