Très déçu. Nous avons été bloqué par l'ouragan Debbie. Nous avons contacté par 2 fois l'hôtel la veille pour annuler devant le danger d'aller à Savannah ce jour la. Nous n'avons jamais eu de réponse mais par contre avons été prélevé sur notre compte bancaire très rapidement. Mauvaise expérience client. Dommage!

Good Location. Valet and Desk Staff were friendly.

Room was no where near up to par. Not Clean. Bathroom was a disaster. Pipes made loud noises when you turned them on. Shower would randomly change to cold water. Room is in need of a serious need of an upgrade.

Location and cafe

I still haven't received my 75.00 holding fee. At other hotels my money was back before I left. Rooms were small and older. No frig or coffee maker. For the cost I was expecting better than the common hotels. It was just okay.

The overview of the property was nice and very presentable.

The lack of communication with staff. I asked for towels/rags Saturday night at 9:00pm and never received them. Also called down for them again on Sunday morning at 9am and I never received any. I saw a housekeeper in the hallway , she wouldn’t give me any .. she said I had to call down to front desk and they would ping her. At 11:03am leaving for check out, housekeeping said she had just got the notification from front desk and ask did I need them still. I let her not unfortunately not, it’s check out time now. Upon checking out front desk discounted that 15% for the inconvenience after telling me I was charge for breakfast that I did not even attend. Let’s just say the stay wasn’t the best.
