Location and cleanliness of the hotel. Staff was great.

Did like being on the first floor!!

They charged me tax, even though I showed them I paid on the booking app. I asked two different individuals.

The food was exceptional!!! The chef was very attentive. That was the best biscuits and gravy I have ever tasted. It was seasoned to perfection and did not have to add anything else to it. Most places that serve biscuits and gravy make it too runny and slimy and it tastes nasty. This one had the right consistency. The French toast was to die for. They had a veterans' group there, rather large. Never ran out of food and they were nice as well.

Hot Tub was out of service

Location was perfect

The tub didn’t drain…showered in ankle deep water! Toilet paper holder falling off the wall. Pillows not comfortable. Room not as nice as would’ve expected for Hilton and the rate.

Did not get breakfast

I always check for bed bugs whenever I stay at any hotel. When I pulled the mattress cover back there was a large nasty stain🤢on the mattress that should have been cleaned prior to my stay.

Spacious and clean rooms, nice pool, breakfast was Great.

Laundry room dryer didn’t work

It was just ok nothing special.

We were expecting to see a very appealing hotel clean neat. But we found hallways that have a bad smell our bathroom was not cleaned properly staff had to give us another room in general it was just ok.
