Location is great. Plenty of parking. Value but you get what you pay for.

Room and hotel is dated. I was there for three days and didn't see a cleaning staff anywhere. If you are looking for a place to sleep that's all your going to get. The breakfast is a joke.

the staff was very rude and unprofessional zero knowledge of customer service . the room that I got was use with the bed not made the sheet covers in body hair. I went to the front desk to report it, and the clerk didn’t apologize all she said it’s the maids fault because it’s showing clean in the system. I got another room that was not very clean dust all over both floor and walls. after the experience with the first room I just wasn’t comfortable in any other rooms when I asked for a refund I was told that she couldn’t do it and the manager is not on property. I feel like I was held hostage! I was concerned that if I leave my card would not be refunded so I made the decision to stay but was very disappointed. with this experience I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here! anyone can make a mistake but it’s what you do after that makes it better or worse and the staff did absolutely nothing to but my mind at ease and that’s what offends me the most!!!!

I like the bed it was Soo comfortable. Definitely enjoyed that the most. the night lights were amazing as well.

The restroom was a little small. The hot water was horrible, I mean I felt as if I didn't have none at all the room was 219.

The pricing was fair .

. The banging on the door at 8/9 from house keeping to check to see if we were still there was awful!!!! Check out wasn't until 11 😭 that ruined our morning. The hot tub and pool can DEFINITELY use some cleaning

The location was wonderful. 10 minutes to Busch Gardens. Right beside a gas station/convince store and 5 minutes from restaurants and shopping.

The photos on booking.com were VERY deceiving. This hotel was older. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off with what looked to be black mould showing through. The lights by the bed didn't work. There was pieces of the carpet matted or cut out. The hallway doors were tied open with trash bags. The ice machine didn't work at all on the floor we stayed at.

check in staff was horrible. she sat with her coat on and I had to ask her to check us in. our room door was hanging open and the room was worn and not cleaned very well. there was a rather rough looking young man at the desk who was trying to get his things from his girlfriend in the room🤷‍♀️ He was talking about having a sherif order. This hotel has deteriorated greatly since our last stay

Location was great, staff very helpful

No refrigerator, no hot water, carpets need to be cleaned. No hot breakfast eg: eggs,bacon etc. Even a waffle machine would've been a nice touch.

it was so hot In the common areas, the hallways, and our room.

Location was close and made Uber cost low.

Beds had only sheets, which didn’t really matter since our air conditioning in the room barely worked and we had to sleep without those sheets to be cool enough too sleep. When asked for a blanket thinking we would get another heavier sheet they gave us the actual blanket. When asking for a second one they said they didn’t have anymore. The entire 4th floor smelled like someone was smoking pot. Which hey all for it, but not when my kids are there. Pool area had about a dozen plastic chairs, one table with an umbrella. So no shade at all in the middle of summer, which would have been nice to have after walking around in blazing heat. They also didn’t do any house keeping during the stay, unless you requested it by 8 am. Which never seemed to happen for us trying to gather up our two kids and get them out the door. Also pretty sure that hotel employees were bringing their kids to the hotel and having them use the pool, again, not a big deal it was a hot weekend. And if the owner is cool with it, then whatever. But there definitely seemed to be people moving into the hotel, bringing everything a person would need to take care of a toddler. This hotel also had a ceiling access on the fourth floor that was half way open, and the ice machine on the fourth floor is still broken, I stayed there before over a year ago and they had the same problem. Won’t stay here ever again, I would advise anyone else considering it to avoid it.

Older property. Needed upgrades. Water pressure in sink very slow. Fridge did not work. Was move from first room because TV did not work.
