The breakfast was great, probably the best complimentary breakfasts I have ever had at any hotel.
The fact I could not close the curtains. The Sobeys lights were shining in all night.

Breakfast was good.
The first night we were there, we were put into a room that they admitted the next morning was not supposed to be rented. There was no hairdryer, coffee pot, inside platter in microwave, etc and the door would not lock. Additionally, it was not as clean as it should have been. I complained to the desk that night but told nothing could be done. The next night we were switched to an upgraded room, but should have been switched the first night as apparently there were empty rooms that could have been cleaned. Very poor management.

Arrived at 3;20 pm room not ready had to wait 30 mins.
On Saturday I got back to my room and it wasn't cleaned or bed made. Their explanation was interesting "we only do it every other day unless you ask us" the carpets were filthy

Front desk staff 2-3 days in incompetent no cleaning of the room had to beg...try to double charge my room and my car got vandelise over night..no assistance whatsoever...staff incompetent and untrain very desapointing

I had my card taken from me and was billed again , although I said I had paid via booking.com. I then leave the hotel feeling I will be billed twice. Not a good feeling. I wit and see what will happen. James Reed

very dated and not very clean, I didn’t feel like I could let my kids play on the floor the carpet was SO dirty.
the bathrooms were updated but rest didn’t seem to be.
the meds were comfortable but the smell in the room and the VERY old and outdated heating and cooling system made it hard for us to feel comfortable.

I was given a room with someone already in that room. After being given a new room, the new room did not have a workable door lock and the draws of the computer desk was falling apart.
