The location is just off two highways so good for that but not really in town so you need to drivee 5 minutes to get to town. There is a Tim Horton's right outside the door however. They were short-staffed so our king rooms were not ready when we arrived so they offered us queen rooms in the executive section as they were ready. We took them. They were around back. At the back of the property, there are ATV/snowmobile trails so we did hear ATVs quite a bit. The room was comfortable and there were sliding glass doors to the outside and we were able to park near the room so moving in and out of the room was fairly easy. The room was clean but had carpeting. There was a desk and fridge in the room.

The hot-tub was not functioning when I tried to use it. The booked rooms not being ready at check-in time. Carpeting in the room which I feel can never be cleaned enough. Staff complaining that they had employees off sick. Couldn't eat breakfast in the restaurant in the morning (Sunday) because there were too many locals coming in for breakfast which was cheap at $6.99 for a full breakfast (without coffee). They were line-up almost to the door so we just went to Tim Horton's which is just outside their parking lot.

Great breakfast and clean rooms.

Staff, cleanliness, quiet and great food at the restaurant. Also gave us a slightly later checkout without any hesitation.

fair room for a fair price I have not use the swiming pool the bar or the dining room but the lady there were very freindly.

Restaurant on location, food was good and quick and hot. Coffee was excellent

rooms were a nice size, comfortable, breakfast in the restaurant was very good.

No elevators - we were on the second floor and carried luggage up the stairs. The card key did not always work for the outside door closest to our room. The plug in our room for the TV and refrigerator was not working - the refrigerator was warm and we did not notice until the next day when we found our items in the fridge warm. We didn’t realize the plug wasn’t working until the next morning when as we hadn’t used the TV the night before - I had to find another way to plug in the TV so it would work. There were cups for coffee missing from our room. The website booking was not working; the hotel does not offer rates for CAA or seniors, the pool was cold.

Breakfast was very good, staff was very friendly, and everything was super clean.

The pool was unfortunately unheated since the heater broke.

The convenience of everything to do with snowmobiling, we didn’t have to worry about parking our snowmobiles over night, they had a spot for lots land we could fuel up our sleds right there and the snowmobile trails are right there and groomed to the door. Also we have to say we loved the restaurant and wow the breakfast special such a great price and so good and filling. There are so many great things. Thanks again, we will be back

Greeting on arrival and booking in was excellent. I’ve stayed here many many times in ten years. The gentleman on arrival with tall hair neatly combed was pleasant and gave very helpful information, he sanitized his hands before handling my CC. On the other hand the person on booking out in the morning never gave me a greeting, no did you sleep well or smile or thank you just “nothing “.
