I think the location and the lobby was very nice

I was really upset with my air conditioner in my room it was so humid never caught up and the bathroom didn’t have any kind of fan to help with steam or heat. It was all around miserable

I am stayed 1 week the Hotel charge extra $ for parking too much $25 per days, no microwave, AC too nosing can’t sleep and in room has mosquito .We have to change the new room.

Property was clean and vibrant. Didn’t really like walking so far to park because the main parking lots were on the other hotel grounds. Otherwise I’ll definitely stay there again.

Extremely clean hotel. Pool area was clean and had sturdy lounge chairs and cabanas, along with large towels (not the tiny kid size towels sometimes offered). The hotel bar food menu had a nice variety of food, highly recommend salmon salad.

Clean safe environment staff was excellent.

Parking fees too high and parking areas people acting suspicious in the cars random people just parking drinking in there cars. Homeless people wandering in parking lot. Not safe for families.

It is conveniently located in the center, close to restaurants and shops.

The hotel was much below my expectations- and it hit me right after I entered the lobby. Dirty furniture in the lobby- everything looks shabby. The rooms are connected with a door ( even if you are travelling alone), which means you can hear absolutely EVERYTHING what is going on at the neighbors. The bathroom is dark. However, the worst was the cleanliness- stains on the carpet all over the room.

Großzüges Zimmer mit großem Schreibtisch für das 'Hotel Office' vor und nach dem Messetag. Bequemes Bett. Kühlschrank und Kaffeezubereitungsmöglichkeit im Zimmer. Alternativ: Starbucks im Erdgeschoss Keine mega Aussicht (Zimmer im 9. Stock), aber trotzdem schön Sehr freundliches Personal überall. Die Rate war günstig. Plus: kleiner Shop mit Snacks etc. im Erdgeschoss, ein Target Markt (vgl. Kaufland) ist auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite

Dafür kann das Hotel nichts: Der Weg zum Anaheim Convention Center ist weit (über 2 km lt. Google Maps). Das muss man auf dem Schirm haben. Mein Tipp: Wer direkt ans Convention Center will – das 'Homewood Suites' hat teilweise sehr gute Raten. Die Parkplatz-Situation ist in Stoßzeiten chaotisch – habe am Anreisetag nur durch "Glück" noch einen Parkplatz bekommen. Das sollte nicht sein!

Schönes Frühstück Buffet - war top. Frische Omlette-Zubereitung auf Wunsch.

Comfortable bed, quiet for the amount of people staying there

I reserved a one bedroom suite and got a king room with handicap shower. I paid for a one bedroom suite. I was working on my laptop so I didn’t realize until I left. I did not receive a credit. Parking is terrible - not many spaces, small spaces, and no one to make the people who take up 2 spaces move. Rooms could be updated. Window for view extremely dirty. Not enough lighting. No side entrances - if you have to park in the back, you will walk all the way around the building with all of your luggage to the front lobby entrance or courtyard area near the lobby.

The hotel was close to the Disney property

The hotel room was dirty. The bedsheets even when they were changed had stains. The shower head was rusty and dirty. The ceiling had water damage. The parking situation is a nightmare the spots in the front of the building are to small so many people take up 2 spots. I can’t say this for all the staff because I did speak to a few amazing people but overall some of the staff members are not friendly.

Rooms were spacious, modern fresh decor and well appointed. Much better than expected from previous stays in Anaheim / Disneyland. Excellent staff - very accommodating to our needs. The heated pool was a huge bonus, especially for the children and younger family members in our group.Great location with Disneyland a very short Uber ride away. Remarkable value compared with the older chain hotels situated within walking distance of the Disneyland Resort.

It was pretty clean, staff was very nice!

It was a longer distance from Disneyland, 40 minute walk or so. Transportation to and from the facility was $6 per person and was supposed to last 24 hours, my tickets expired sooner than they should have so I had to re-purchase them if I wanted to get a ride back to the hotel. The plumbing was a little off, had a hard time flushing the toilet every single time it was used. Breakfast is a little pricey at $22 a person.

Room was facing pool and outdoor area. Some type of wedding/party going on and it was loud pretty late at night. Hard to fall asleep. Parking was terrible. Drove around for 20+ min in circles because lot was full. Finally called front desk and was told there was a wedding and that’s why there was no parking. They did not offer any help. I escalated my concern and was then told to illegally park on the side, they gave me complimentary “parking” for the night and said their staff would “keep an eye” on my car. Went outside to eat breakfast, some of the tables and chairs were covered in dirt/bird poop. AC vent inside of my room was visibly filthy and filled with dust.

The environment was nice. Staff was helpful and kind. The location was good considering we rented a vehicle. The pool was clean and the water was nice and warm. The fitness room was a great fit.

The shower would leak water. The tub was clogged and the carpet was a bit dirty. Other than that it was great.

Very close to Disney parks. Shuttle was only $12 a day for a unlimited trips. Clean room. A little dated but quality room for the price.
