Breakfast was good. On the website it says box breakfast, but it was a buffet actually.

I had just finished 5 hours of chemo when I arrived at homewood suites. The front desk attendant was so nice and welcoming. It was awesome to see a smiling face.

The breakfast was nice. My husband had surgery 1st thing in the morning so the breakfast time was great & I could take it to go, I did supply my own bowl. The next morning the only option he could eat was scrambled eggs & oatmeal.

Our suite was dated, some of the wallcoverings were peeling & shabby. The suite itself was ok for our needs but the bed linens were different as there was a bottom sheet, a dust ruffle was your top sheet & I guess it was supposed to be a duvet cover on top.

I liked the location to pretty much anywhere within Raleigh. It was also a well kept hotel. It was clean & modern.

My only "complaint" was the fold out bed. The furniture in the livingroom was too bulky to use the fold out bed, so my 2yr old slept on the couch. It wasn't really a problem because my kid will sleep anywhere, including the floor. But it would've been nice to have a proper bed with bedding. So if you NEED the fold out bed, look elsewhere.

I have to be at work in Raleigh at 7AM to give a presentation I specifically went to this hotel to work and when I go to use the business center the computers are disconnected and the printer is from the 1980’s and Craig the front desk Rep says all nonchalant “well we just had a hurricane and these computers don’t work “. however the Wi-Fi and every other computer in the building works….. so his response was he did not know how to fix it and nothing he could do. I had to check out and go to another hotel.

it was an old hotel and guests service staff just did not care to help me with the printer and business office …..
