Breakfast at the iguana cafe was amazing. Loved our waiter there. Good location to go hike Bandelier but also get to the Santa Fe plaza.

Elevators/hallways were dirty. Would have like to see some more activities/things to do for such a big resort. Pool was overcrowded. There needs to be a bar that doesn't close so early and isn't in the casino!

Didn't meet expectations for hefty price. They mixed us up with another guest and even put us in their room and it wasnt the suite we booked until complaining, the manager wasn't any help, the receptionist with glasses and big lips was snotty and didn't show any care for our situation, she was dry and non chalant wasn't welcoming at all, she was uninterested and was non accommodating. They gave us the casino number to call and complain which was weird because they couldn't help us?? We didn't even book through the casino! We got sent up to our original room after complaining and the lady on the phone said it was someone else's room, there wasnt any above and beyond services for the huge mix up or inconvenience of moving up and down from different rooms and floors, Then in our original room there was a dirty diaper on balcony of our suite and old aluminum cans, the housekeeper entered our room to clean during our stay without our knowledge or consent, which made me uneasy because all our belongings were in there, then the housekeeper opened the door to our room on the day of checkout without knocking and having do not disturb sign on door before it was even checkout time and also the maintenance man too without knocking either. Pool was cloudy, seemed dirty and unmaintained. Staff wasn't friendly or welcoming. Manager didn't help at all, was a stressful trip and expensive and not worth it.

This was a horrifying experience! No room service available on property, no shops open or restaurant s on property was open (because it was Sunday) except for a dark hot overpriced restaurant which seated us and never took our order and the loud restaurant in the depressing casino which got our order wrong. Indoor pool closed for remodeling. NOTHING close to this place except for one restaurant with crime scene tape around front door. Casino only has slots.

This hotel is nowhere near anything. The pool was a complete catfish, way small and full of children cannon balling in your face. The staff were less then pleasant, not once were we asked how our stay was.

The resort itself is beautiful. Lovely decor, clean and massive. Also very close to Santa Fe if you do not want to stay downtown.

We were extremely disappointed the pool and workout room was closed due to renovations and no one reached out to us to let us know before our stay. We are on a long road trip with our young children, and a pool and fitness room is a must for us. The pool was the reason why we booked this hotel in the first place. We were very disappointed we didn't even get to use the facilities.

The Balcony.

1- I paid too much for the room. 2 - The service was garbage from start to end 3- the pool out of service (one of the main reasons we booked the hotel, no one cared to mention that. 4- room had a bad Odor in it 5- Beds were rock hard 6- pillows were TERRIBLE. 7- Shower was like a Mister it spread out so far it made a mess EVERYTIME someone showered 8- every single perk this hotel had to offer was booked up or closed so we didn't get to enjoy any ASPECT of the hotel. Honestly I would love my money back. It was my first time in santa fe and it will be my last time going back. I will never tell anyone to stay at this hotel.

The concert

Peaceful, quiet and relaxing.

No automatic house keeping. Digital key didn't work. Used Hilton App to check in and out, receipt never came, I had to call to get copy. The App says I don't have any previous stays to include the one I just checked out of with the Hilton App.

nice property, kiva fireplace in the room. unfortunately pool was closed and no mention of that when we reserved room. food was excellent in the two restaurants we ate at.

we have to pay extra for the wifi, and housekeeping didn’t clean our room the first day.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very polite. It was a peaceful stay with no noise to complain about.

Red Sage didn’t have their kitchen open during my stay.
