Friendly staff.. nice location, quiet, comfortable bed

The place needs major work.. no heat in the bathroom.. we had a pet friendly room and there is old carpet.. need to remove all carpets.. some electric outlet not working.. it needs a big revamp. Old tub in the bathroom could not tell if it was dirty or just stained.

The location for us was just perfect. Room was clean and comfy. Good wifi.

We didn't get breakfast. Even they promised one on booking. The owner said due to Covid there is no breakfast anymore. But covid is over for a very long time! It completely ruined our stay, because on December 25th there was no stores, restaurants.... nothing was open. Bathroom was old compared to the room. Only three sets of towels for 4 people. Also such a small coffee machine... again for 4 people.

It was supposed to be a certain price and include breakfast, but I was charged an extra $10.00 AND they aren't serving breakfast!!! The room had mold in it and a tape-patched ceiling in the bathroom!!! There were also several extension cords, which I would think would be a fire hazard?!!! 🤷‍♀️

The host/manager was very pleasant, super helpful and efficient. The place was being slowly renovated/redecorated during our visit and I feel like the improvements are thoughtful and good quality. It was good value for money, very clean and well-managed. Most importantly, we got a good night's sleep and the air conditioner worked great and was much appreciated because our stay coincided with a heat wave. I would recommend it to others.

It's not really a criticism, but the motel is out on the highway near a mall and the southern outskirts of town. I suppose this might be not optimal for people wanting to be near the town centre of Quesnel, but we were just passing through with colleagues on a road trip and the location worked very well for us.

Didn’t stay for breakfast. Location was fine. We use Super 8 when we travel, this one is so old and in need of renovations. The shower bathtub was clean but the tub is peeling and the shower is stuck on so you couldn’t use the bathtub not that I would have. If I had been travelling alone I would not have stayed. Requested a pet room and got some attitude over that.

This place is disgusting. There was nothing that we enjoyed about our stay.

Everything. The rooms were disgusting. Stunk of cigarette smoke. Found garbage beside the bed (not in a hidden place) The bathroom had a leak in the ceiling, the repair was done with green painters tape and painted over. White white paint. Burn out light bulbs, an ancient TV that had horrible picture quality and paused all the time. Found some type of debris in the bed… luckily I brought my own blanket and pillow. I slept on top of the covers in my clothes, wrapped up in my own blanket. I could go on and on…we will NEVER stay there again or recommend this it.
