The location was good. We were visiting family and it was centrally located to everyone.

Our toilet clogged in our bathroom. We tried to plunge it unsuccessfully. We told the front desk but the situation was never resolved. This was inconvenient to our stay.

It was close to where my business was. Cracker Barrel was close by and I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. Staff was attentive and helpful.

Wifi was down and unable to logon; Ice machine on my floor did not work; parking lot was dimly lit; and despite my room being mostly clean overall, I saw remnants of something unsanitary on the outer part of the front of the toilet bowl.

I loved that I couldn't hear any noise.

Staff is very friendly. Hotel is clean, quiet and close to restaurants. I have stayed here many times, I highly recommend! Gym and computer area is always empty, and open to use, I also enjoy them..

Room heater/air kept going on and off all night. Hard to sleep in the comfy bed. But, the was much to heavy and too warm.

Signage should be better. Was hard to find entrance at night. Better lighting definitely would be appreciated.

During breakfast, I liked the variety offered. There was something of your liking. I also liked how the kitchen staff kept everything well stocked. They were friendly and courteous. Additionally, the dining area was clean and well kept. As for the location of the Hotel, I give it a 10 out of 10. It's off the highway, close to various shops and restaurants. A variety of routes can be used in going to and fro. Overall, I love the location!

The pool could have been better. Because of its look, I did not go in. It was not attractive! It gave no feeling to try it. The pool water and area did not look clean. The umbrellas seemed to be falling apart. It looks like the pool area is not well kept. For me, one of the things that entices me to stay at a hotel, is its pool and this one looked awful!

Breakfast, friendliness of front desk staff- eg- we asked for a lower floor room and were told none were available even though the motel seemed to be way less than full! Also- swimming pool was closed for repairs which should have been communicated before our arrival! Won’t be staying there in the future or any other Hampton for that matter!😏😏😏😏😏😏😏😏
