Brak śniadania mimo że pokój był rezerwowany z opcją śniadania .To był pokój z ranna kawa/herbata +batonikiem /muffinem .

Room was spacious and had a decent size fridge and other appliances available.
Free parking was available at the property.
Breakfast. They only had coffee (below average) and some packed muffins from Walmart which you could take to your room.
Bed was very small especially considering we also had a toddler.
The hotel is not near to any public transport facility (bus stop / train station). Staff was also not aware if we can find parking at nearby attractions. We thus took an Uber though I feel if we were guided well we could have used our car for the journey.

It had a kitchen.
We stayed here before and had such a good experience that we made it back…this time was disappointing. We were given a room on the second floor and then was told the elevator was broken. As we were walking to the stairs, they had plastic blocking 1 half of the hotel as if it were a crime scene. Then we get to stairwell and it smelling like straight trash. It was disgusting. There was no reason why 3 trash cans are placed at the bottom of the stairwell and for it to be full and smelly. We got to the room and our bathroom sink was clogged. We could not for the life of us get the knob up to unclog it. We tried to plug our phone in the wall outlet and that came loose. We got ready for bed and the bed is not sturdy at all, if you sit at the edge….the whole bed tilts up. Hazard in itself. And the best part of it all, the smoke detector that coincidentally right avoided the bed and it looked like it was pampered with to put a camera in it. So we definitely would not come back.

your front desk Stephanie Matthews and the girl who was there Sunday (sorry no name tag) were friendly and caring
property was run down and fill of weed smell. side doors were propped open and not secure, you would thing with everything going on in the world and the type of guests you draw to that hotel, your establishment would have better security in place. I asked for an extra blanket and was told no. three pillows on a bed, ridiculous!

the manager Silva very nasty unfriendly person denied us entry with my service dog I have a small shitzu we tried to show her proff and she didn’t want to look at she doesn’t know her job policy likes she think she demanded 25 per day for my service dog I said that’s against the law she cancel our reservation without us saying cancel told us if not gon pay a dog fee per day then vye and good bye she stated she couldn’t give us our money that she will have to refund it I then called the cops while waiting out front she put on coat and left and told the lady at the desk do not give them a room I ask for the policy she gave it to me and it states exception for service dog no fee I tried to show her she said she don’t care service dog or no service everyone has to pay it don’t matter I told her you are breaking the law so when the cops arrive she made sure she left first the cop read the policy and said you are right can’t charge for your service dog at extended stay will not make her charge for a service dog cause they can get sued for the person disability gthe cop went inside informed the lady at the desk and said your manager can’t not charge them for the service dog that’s illegal she must got the policy confused or just wanted be nasty well it was both that was all the money we had we was not gon to get morel money until the next day it was 10 degrees outside we had to sleep in the truck running gas all night so we wouldn’t freeze to death this is unacceptable and policy was not followed I will be getting the police report soon and I already called corporate and they took the complaint down also I will be follow up with a lawyer she deserves to be fire that cruelty unjust discrimination we had no where else to go we knew noone in south jersey so if she think once she will get away with this she will trust me because her job is not going to like be sued for this she messed and whatever her outcome be it will be you do not treat customers like that especially when...

Mrs. Amanda Jones is heaven sent. She is more than amazing and has a huge heart that genuinely cares about the human race as a whole. Thank you Amanda for making us feel welcomed and very comfortable.

The room and how clean it was. Also, the service. We had a problem with the heating system. Maintenance replaced the whole unite, no questions asked. That to me is quality service.
Does not apply.

Melba at the front desk was so wonderful and friendly. (I'm sorry if I have the name wrong.)
Our room was next to a pet friendly room, and there was a dog who barked nearly half the night and whined the morning.

It's fine for one quick night and to cook something to eat but not to spend couple days.
The room and hotel inside was dirty. Service not good and you have to ask for dishes and cooking pans and go take them from front desk.

Staff was very friendly. Other than that, the hotel was a disappointment across the board
It started with a surprise pet charge of $25. Then, there was no soap or shampoo in the room, which was given to us when we asked at the reception.
Soundproofing is horrible. Our neighbor was watching TV, and we could hear it in our room. There was someone loitering around the hotel with music playing loudly at 2am.

Hotel was pet friendly and close to the softball fields where we needed to be.
