Excellent location. Very spacious. Outstanding bathroom with wonderful shower and separate tub. Plenty of free parking. Very very reasonable cost. Adequate fitness center. Lots of storage space for food and clothing. Highly recommended!

No issues except that one side door was often not closed tightly.

Very convenient location to downtown. In suite laundry and well-appointed kitchenette. Fireplace was nice. Excellent shower and bath. Very quiet, never heard another guest. The workout room was well equipped. Suite was a generous size.

There were some repairs needed. The kitchen tap only turned off if in a specific location. We notified them at departure. The tack strip was poking through the carpet in the bedroom. Ouch! They repaired the tack strip as soon as they were notified. The bed was too hard. Very uncomfortable. The ambiance in the lobby and hallway was dark and somewhat unappealing. No natural light. Furniture piled up from a renovation.

There was a full kitchen. The location was great.

The only (very, very, very minor) complaint would be that there was no shelf in the shower stall for the shampoo. Everything else was way above average.

The location was great, there were some nice little things in the apartment like coffee and cleaning materials. There are a lot of electrical outlets - and three TVs (which I myself actually do not need). Spacious bathroom with bathtub. All the people in St. John’s are great!

The refrigerator was quite loud and old, the stove, too. The number on the keys was confusing because that was not the number of the apartment. We had expected that the sofa in the living room would be usable as an extra bed.

it was hot while we were in St. John’s so it was great to have air conditioning. loved the 3 TV’s and the size of the room. Great, quiet location and free parking were awesome.

it was not an issue but there was construction work being done on the exterior of the building.

The location was perfect. Everything was in reach.

The queen size bed in the one bedroom suite needs replacing. We could feel every spring in the mattress.
