Near the Tenderloin, so can feel sketchy at night

Clean and stylish, fridge in room, bed was comfortable. Bathroom was nice and robes are provided.

Hotel borders Tenderloin, a pretty sketchy area of the city. Don’t recommend approaching from the south. Keep uphill of the hotel and you’re fine. We had no security problems and staff is always at the front desk. No ability to cast from device to TV, no streaming service sign ins available either. Room was only cleaned upon request and I didn’t realize that’s what was meant by “room service.” Walls are very thin and normal conversation can be clearly heard room to room.

Weren't offered breakfast, or maybe we forgot it was mentioned in the booking? Location was nice if you don't mind a swift hilly walk to the sea-side attractions. Room was nice. Cozy, bathroom, tea/coffee. Great value. Place to store our bags really helpful!

The staff was very nice and the hotel was extremely aesthetically pleasing. I also love the elevator. It was very antique but had a hint of new style.

The fridge smell like rotten meat.

Walls were paper thin, couldn't sleep until 3am because the people next door were blasting Seinfeld reruns and we could hear every word of their conversations, use of toilet, snoring, etc.

Tub did not drain well. No temp control of room.

The location was great and walking distance to plenty of restaurants and Union Square! Warm and cosy lobby.

The room was pretty underwhelming with very limited amenities and there is no view outside the window at all. Was not informed of alternate make up room at check in and we had to clear our own trash on the second day.. Going up to our room was a pain with the odd design of the elevator.

Beautifully decorated room, comfy bed, beautiful bathroom with robes, shampoos, towels. Coffee and flavoured water in the lobby is a lovely addition. Cafe on the corner is great!

The rooms weren't sound proof at all! We could hear the people in the room next door going to the toilet. We could hear every movement of theres. Especially annoying when the cleaners came in hoovering next door and we were trying to sleep.

Hôtel très mignon, les chambres sont décorées de façon moderne et le lit king size est très confortable.

Malheureusement la localisation n’est pas idéale, il faut mettre sa voiture dans le parking public près de l’hôtel pour ne pas risquer de la retrouver fracturée le lendemain matin. Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées, nous pouvions entendre tout ce qui se passait dans la chambre voisine.

La ubicación es buena. Las instalaciones están bastante bien y los detalles están cuidados. Las habitaciones están muy bien con todo lo necesario y de buena calidad y las camas muy cómodas. Además el personal era muy atento.

Tout à été refais à neuf récemment. Grande chambre, lit confortable Le personnel à l'accueil était efficace et sympathique. Dans le centre ville !

Les drogués au fentanyl à un bloc de là, au sud (tenderloin). Peut être préférer un taxi / uber quand on rentre le soir. Pas d'eau chaude dans la douche initialement, mais après appel au front desk et reset DE LA chaudière, on a eu de l'eau chaude.

Sehr schönes Hotel, gut gelegen. Personal angenehm und einer besonders hilfreich und freundlich, dafür Dank. Andere könnten etwas freundlicher sein.

The beds were comfortable. The room was nice with a cool view. The bath robes were a nice touch.

There was no parking. We had to walk very far. The area we ended up finding parking in was not a great place to walk around late at night.
