The man at the front desk was very welcoming. The room was reasonably clean.

This was the only hotel I could get a reservation for the same evening. I arrived late and the area didn't seem very safe. Lots of racing cars and the cliental was a bit to be desired. The curtain in my room didn't close fully, so the light from the parking lot came through. The bed wasn't very comfortable. Not that I wanted to use it, but the pool was not operational.

The room was clean.

The male at front desk was positive and friendly. Location was good to where we needed to be.

There was no cold water in the room and the water trickled all night. The room had a musty smell that did not go away. The beds were very old and very hard. On the second night I was disturbed and requested to attend the front desk as the lady did not charge me the tax on the room that was booked online. Although her fault, I was made to pay $40 extra at check out, despite what the online quote was, all because she passed the info onto the day staff. The hotel did not honor the booking.com price.

The staff were excellent. Breakfast, although it was suggested on booking.com as a "breakfast plan" there was no such thing. Breakfast itself was very good and the serving staff were excellent.

Although the place is an older hotel and needs some remodelling to keep up a standard that others will want, it could use a bit of cleaning such as replacing missing hooks on shower curtain, getting rid of the water stain in the bathtub, cleaning up cigarette butts from the back door or put a butt-box out there since it's the main area to smoke. The hotel is at a point that if they don't do some basic upkeep and make it exceptionally clean, the cliental they draw will be less desirable as they will do it out of affordability rather than for the stay or the only hotel with a room. The fact that the pool and sauna are closed was extremely disappointing.

The price was good but that’s about it.

There were lightbulbs missing, curtains falling off the window, TV remote would not turn on the TV, there was a coffee machine but no cups, no glasses for the washroom, no phone in the room and you could hear the room above.

It smelled very Mildewy and room stunk of old smoke.

The bathroom was very small and awkward for a full size person to get in and shut the door.

The room was clean, except for a small bureau drawer, and quite. Well heated staff was nice and helpful.

There were no glasses in the room. The toilet seat had a drip that should be looked at.

Sink did not drain, mold in bath tiles, bouncy floors, cheap torn flooring, filthy hall carpets, noisy bath fan, stains on walls, bed frame, rust on shower rod ...

Nothing.We couldn't wait to leave.

It was terrible would not recommend to any one.It was like a place where people hard on their luck could get a room or even rented rooms for a couple hours.Air worked great but as loud as hell.
