The location. It was clean. The staff were super friendly. The restaurant served very good meals, breakfast and dinner x 2.
It's showing it's age abit. The fireplace was broken in our room, but we were offered an upgraded room with working fireplace.

ENJOYED our visit. everything was GREAT...well maintained facilities/grounds, FULL breakfast, free parking, sauna, fireworks, staff (Heather-knowledgeable, helpful)...AMAZING waterfront location...Will certainly recommend and return

Very good and varied dinner menu and not too expensive in stunning location with beautiful views over the lake. Breakfast also very good. Friendly, helpful staff. Very large and well appointed bedrooms with comfortable beds. Free use of paddle boards, canoe or kayaks. Really couldn’t fault this place and great value for money

Beach facilities though most life vest were very old and dirty
The manager,Nicholas, need training on how to treat the resort guests ! My friend and I had issues with our receipts and we just wanted our names to appear properly on our receipts, instead of offering help, he told us “we were being difficult”. What kind of manager says this to his clients ? And what kind of impression is he trying to give ? Unfortunately, the manager attitude is what ruined our experience at the resort. Send him for some training on hospitality, he desperately needs it.

Honestly one of the best places I have been too in awhile. The front desk lady named Heather was amazing, her customer service was phenomenal. I had one of the greatest times with my family. I discovered a new passion for kayaking. I highly recommend this place for so many reasons, super clean and spacious, positive and courteous staff and location, location, location.
The truth- I hate that we had to leave. For the first time, in a long time, I felted relaxed and so comfortable, even one with nature.

Breakfast was lovely in a beautiful dining area overlooking the lake. Good variety. Rooms all have a lake view which was quite serene. Lovely indoor pool however we did not use it .
Friendly , Welcoming staff offered us a treat bag on arrival.

Fireplace didn't work during the first day and I requested them to send someone to check. Nada.... Nothing happened during the entire stay I had. You do get a bare minimum breakfast. I would rather prefer to drive to city for lunch and dinner.

Lovely location for a summer holiday with family. Grounds are nice. Did not eat at the restaurant but menu looked good.
Facility had water issues (things happen) but there was no water in the morning and therefore no breakfast. While all was dealt with in due time, I was on a timeline and it challenged my ability to get ready.

I love that they have alternative activities and facilities. It was great because it was raining the time of our stay and we could still go swimming, use the sauna and gym.
We didn't like that their are so many stairs to the rooms that is connected to the recreation building. A small inconvenience for us but not accessible to those that are in need of accessible accommodation.

The Internet was only working in the main building, in the guest rooms it was offline for 3 days, which is an issue if it's raining for several hours a day.

Beautiful place to stay. Lake view rooms. Welcomed Staffs. Hot breakfast, swimming pool, canoes, paddle boat, kayak are add on bonus. Room is spacious and clean.
Shower is not working properly in my room.

The beautiful, tranquil setting on Otter Lake. Just wish we had more time with you. It was just an overnight stay. Our next stay will be longer and we plan on bringing friends with us. Our dinner was delicious and our waiter was delightful.
