I liked the location

Abraham was not accommodating at all and he certainly wasn’t hospitable

the parking and having to call every time we wanted in

it’s a great location

it’s changed a lot since the last time we stayed five years ago. the hotel looks and feels tired. the rooms need new everything. the beds are uncomfortable and the bathroom kept fogging up and making the bathroom damp even with a window open. the staff use to be very friendly, the staff now seem like they are scared to be around people. hardly interacting at all. a simple request seemed too hard.

location to Cedar-Sinai.

noisy elevator lift outside. expensive parking. non-working ice machine.

close proximity to the Beverly center, hospital and many coffee shops.

“free happy hour” was sloppy and seems like they use yesterdays open wine.

great staff! douglas was incredible. awesome location. walkable distance and overall good for one night.

shower didnt really have hot water. it did have luke warm. the hotel was a bit run down, definitely needs renovation. some insects in the shower.

Cleaner room had mold mattress was LUMPY!

The Elan Hotel was contemporary and had a comfortable and relaxing feel. The beds were comfortable and the staff was professional and courteous. Breakfast included eggs, sausage, cereal, toast, bagels, waffles and pancakes along with orange and apple juice. and was excellent!

There were cockroaches in the room and noises all night.

The location was great. The bed room areas were quite and peaceful to feel comfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable the day I checked and in. Then no body cleaned or offered to clean our room, bath room. We have to ask for towels. We have to ask for towels and coffee, tee bags. Our linen was not changed three days

Central location

The room could have been good, but seriously, we were right on Beverly bld, and the windows were so thin we could hear the cars all night. I talked with the manager who only said « you’re in LA, that’s it ». But come on, I have been living here and it’s crazy to pay that price and not even have noice cancelling windows. There was nothing more than the room. no facilities, no gym , no laundry, no pool. and with fees we almost paid 300$ / night. it’s so not worth it.

no water pressure in shower. small rooms. bed was very uncomfortable bed, you could feel the springs.

Room had dirty bathtub, dirty carpet. No fridge. Didn't like the parking garage. Someone was in my spot 2 times and once I had to come down to more my car. Not a good setup.
