Two staff members, morning shift and night shift front desk clerks (females) were very friendly and very helpful. Jewelisa was our shining star. She went above and beyond in helping with our room troubles and the ice machine. I finally got ice on the second night. She even moved us to another room for our second night which was a handicap assessible room.

The check-in (male) was not very helpful. He said the handicap assessible room we requested was not available. He gives us a room that was occupied and then he finally found another room for us. In that room the toilet didn't work (flushed but wouldn't dispose the waste. There was no ice so informed the male clerk but he did not do anything.

Bed, pillows, and covers super comfortable and warm

Seriously needs new toilet seat. It's was so horrible and old. The room needs to also be updated but appreciated the cleaningness and how comfortable the bed was.
