Upon arrival, the facility was dirty. The carpet was filthy and gritty. The elevators and ice machine did work.

The location was amazing and the room was cozy and nice , the staff were so friendly and welcoming and they helped me out with information and getting caps.

The price was a bit expensive, and they asked for deposit 50$ and they didn’t agree to receive it cash for the deposit while I paid cash for the room 202$.

The staff was attentive to our needs. They answered all of our questions .

The television in the room we originally were given did not work at all. The receptionist gave us a new room close by.

Great location.

Locatie was perfect: heel dicht bij metro, lekkere restaurants dichtbij, supermarkt dichtbij. 2 grote comfortabele bedden, parkeren mogelijk. Aardige receptie medewerkster. Ideaal als je voor een kort verblijf met de auto in Washington bent.

Geen koelkast op de kamer, verouderd, beetje smoezelige uitstraling.

Good location, big room with 2 big beds.

Mattresses on metal wire frames, loud arguments and rampant smoking from people staying on same floor. Never slept. Complained but nothing actually done nor offered another room. Was given a nasty letter that I was going to be charged $250 for smoking!!! I have never smoked in MY LIFE!!!

Location to American University, pillows were soft.

There was construction going on, a lot of banging. I could hear people in hallway and do wine singing in another room. There was hair in the tub. The curtains did t close all the way. While in my room, a maid walked in without knocking.

No hubo desayuno pero si había café de cortesía en la habitación, la habitación tenía todo lo necesario para una estadía confortable.wifi, calefacción, productos de higiene y un baño aceptable.

La tabla de planchar estaba rota, no podía usarse y en el aviso decía que el parking era sin cargo y me cobraron 25 dólares la noche. El resto muy bien.

Me gustó que hubieran provisiones extras de papel higiénico y toallas

que cobrarán por el estacionamiento que no era para nada seguro y de calidad

The staff were not friendly,had a hard time finding a luggage cart, and the room was dusty,I don't know if the people outside were guests, but we constantly had to walk through Marijuana smoke. It was a bad stay.

Good location, near the metro and a bakery. Rooms were quite big with two beds and not as bad as expected, but furniture and bathroom outdated.

The women at the reception was the most unfriendliest person I met in the United States and didn’t help at all, especially in regards to parking outside she just gave us wrong information, we guess she wanted to sell us a parking lot for 25$/night and was super rude. Bathtub is already yellow and there was still hair from someone else in it. Furniture and AC outdated, we didn’t even turn on the AC because it looked disgusting.

Bien ubicado y con facilidad para llegar al downtown de DC.

No hubo limpieza de cuarto en los días que estuve.

the only thing out liked about my stay is the location

room smelled like cigarette smoke, room wasn’t clean, you could feel the springs in the bed, and someone that had access to my room stole something out of my room while we were out🤬

Well, unfortunately when my cousin and I returned to the room, their was an uninvited insect crawling across the table.

The staff very friendly and helpful .

No bath plug .Tv had a problem .No Breakfast .The room was in need of an update .

The hotel was well located, only a 5 minute walk from a metro station and Starbucks. The check-in process was easy and there was plenty of parking available at a reasonable price ($25 per night) for Washington. The beds were comfortable and the TV had a good range of channels. The elevator to the room was extremely efficient. The air conditioner worked well and was quiet enough.

The hotel is dated. The carpet needs replacing and the bath tub is old. The room smelt a little damp but with the windows open, this quickly subsided. WiFi was spotty during our stay.

bathroom a little small, air conditioner a little loud. No microwave and fridge in room or lobby. But other stuff are good. Bed are comfortable

It was close by using public transport. It was nice, clean, comfortable bed.

Ice machine worked. Near the zoo and metro if desired. Decent bakery nearby with some other food options along street.

Beds were small and very uncomfortable, overpriced $25 parking - overall it was clean to the level expected. POOR amenities - like minimum - hair dryer, ice machine, iron in room. coffee maker and tv. That was about it. No business center, beat up desk chair. Never bothered to try the wifi. Asked for quiet room. Placed us in room by back but woken by trash truck in morning. DC on a budget.
