Location is this hotels greatest feature, And the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The pool and spa are a nice touch.

Having to argue with the front desk employee who insisted that the booking was canceled and there were no rooms available for a last minute booking. After showing the confirmation they would not honor it, after demanding that a manager get involved, the issue was cleared up and oddly enough there was a room available! This event changed the tone for what was initially an exciting evening and weekend, to wanting to go home. It's a good thing Jerry Seinfeld put in a good show to make me forget about this disastrous start.

Location

I booked hotel with credit card. Card had fraud charges put on it in another province earlier in the week. Credit card cancelled. Without credit card we were not able to stay. I even offered to pay cash for the night plus give cash for the hold they would put on the credit card. No. Asked for manager. No manager on (approx 8 pm). Had to call family member to put a hold on their cc for our night stay. Not everyone has more than one credit. Some people do t have credit cards. Liked this place but will look for a new place in future to stay. Sure not impressed! Extremely disappointed! What happened to the day of cash and trust.

Staff friendliness. The quality of breakfast was great! Loved their coffee machine!

Room cleaning was not perfect. There was food left in the fridge from a previous guest.
