The room wasnt bad but the outsides terrible...parking lots very broke up and dirty

The staff is so friendly and helpful. Very good value, not fancy but clean and comfortable. The Hat Motel is in a convenient location for “out of towners” like myself.

I was in a smoking room without an ashtray There was no tissues in the room perhaps some could sold at office Wifi password

It was comfy.

I ran out of toilet paper.

The room was simple, which was exactly what I needed but also provided a refrigerator, a stove/oven, kitchen counter, microwave, dining table, and TV. Everything you need.

The carpet felt grungy and was stained in places and not cleaned under the bed.

Didn't stay for breakfast.

A couple crack addicts came up to me looking for a lighter.

I was allowed to have my dog with me. The staff were friendly and easy to work with. They were helpful, flexible, and very understanding. They didn't intrude continuously and I didn't feel like they monitored us like children 24/7 like some hotels do. That was appreciated lots. 😊

I wish there were incentives or rewards for long stays, like price discount after so many days or stay 6 days, get the 7th for free. That would be amazing. 🙂 Or that the room price reflected changes. For example, we first stayed in a smoking allowed, kitchenette suite with 2 seperate bedrooms and a lg bathroom with a tub for approx 60$ a night. Then we got moved to a non-smoking kitchenette single room with one bed and a very tiny bathroom with sm shower only, costing approx 63$ a night. Less room and less amenities available for slightly higher cost?! I didn't like that at all... 🤨😐 Also there was some issue with some of the staff concerning a language barrier. Its hard to communicate with someone who doesn't really know or speak English. My bf had to communicate with her through a translator app on her phone and even that wasnt really clear. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay and I plan to go back. 😁
