No maintenance in the room.
Bathtub tiles, broken, water leaking into wall panel.

The location was convenient being situated right off the main road. And the shower had decent pressure and heat.
Check-in was very poor: the attendant helping me could not find my reservation, when he did, he suddenly left, when he came back, he suddenly stopped helping me again to speak to the maid for 10 mins and then tried to charge me a second time (already had paid online)! The bed sagged like a hammock, the pillows were tiny like cushions and the fridge was unplugged so the frozen fish that had been left in the freezer (by previous guest) left an odor and a big wet mess on the floor. The curtains did not cover the entire window so the light which was exactly outside of our window kept the room lit up all night. The guest staying in the room above us came stomping in around 2am with what I can only assume were stilts! The furniture was badly scratched and damaged, paint was peeling from the walls, broken tiles on the floor...all in all, probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

we liked the location and it was quiet.
I booked a king sized bed with a balcony but they gave me a queen size room without a balcony. There isn’t an elevator so we had to climb stairs with our luggage. The lighting in the rooms was mediocre.

Enjoyed the in house restaurant the food was great and the staff was friendly. Everything was good!

I went online and tried to book a room, at the end of the booking I received an "oops something went wrong" from the website. I then proceeded try to book the room again and this time it went through. However when I checked my email I had booked two rooms. I then tried to cancel one room and the price to cancel one room was $10.00 less then the booking price for three nights. I called the hotel and they said there was nothing they could do as the booking was through Bookings.com
For this reason I will never use Bookings.com again and will not recommend to anyone to use.

Good location, fair price
Outdated, needs some repair, whatever they use to clean they also sprayed the bed with. H a god awful floral smell that gave my wife a headache. Very unpleasant

Upon arrival, I went to reception, and got a warm welcome. Staff switched flawlessly to English. Nice and clean room. Plenty of hot water. As a delivery driver, I just needed a room for the night, and this was perfect.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Great location, spacious and quiet room, big TV, good WiFi speed, walk out balcony, nice decor. Great price.
Mattresses are creaky and a bit worn out. Could use a microwave inside room (a shared one is in the hall).
The shower valve is archaic (uses two separate faucet-type valves for hot and cold instead of a single handle and so it's harder to control the temperature).
