The convenience in getting to Disney parks was a plus and the room rate was reasonable! The breakfast offerings seemed good and all staff I interacted with were professional and pleasant!

The property is definitely showing wear and tear and you can tell it’s heavily used and a busy property. I believe that the property will be charging for parking now which would be a negative for me in the future.

Complimentary shuttle service to Disney Parks is available (for leisure time!) Restaurants and affordable shops are located just outside the hotel. The bed and bathroom are clean. The hotel is near the Marriott Orlando Center (for work/business time).

We stayed for 8 days and had the same breakfast. I suggest offering a different variety of food at least every other day. There was no alcohol or sanitizer available in the toilet.

Location, breakfast and staff were great!

The only complaint I had was my shower was not hot enough, it was lukewarm at best, I did make the FD aware and although I could notice a slight change it wasn’t much. If the water had been hotter I could’ve given this properly a 10.

Very central and close to the location needed. Room was big enough. Loved the water was hot as I needed been location that the water goes only to a certain temperature.

My only complaint is the pillows was to flimsy.

Me gustó que la habitación era amplia, cómoda y limpia. Además contaba con microondas y nevera. Buena ubicación, cerca de plazas, restaurantes, Disney Springs y Disney, ofrece transporte a los parques de Disney. El desayuno está incluido y la mejor parte es que tienen Waffles de Mickey! En el lobby tienen un área de juegos con maquinitas y piscina. Ofrecen estacionamiento gratis!

La TV un poco anticuada; sin embargo, es algo sin importancia. Lo único es que el desayuno que ofrecen no es muy variado pero resuelves el desayuno.

Great location. NO parking fee. Staff and breakfast was great! Daily room cleaning.

Stayed 2 separate nights, first stay had the handicap room for some reason and the room looking dated was the only issue. 2nd stay, only issue was the ice container has water in it from the previous visitor's, set it out in the open to see if they would clean it out and to my surprise it still was untouched. With that said, that area was right behind the door when opened and they may not have seen it when they cleaned the room.
