The sales pitch to get you to buy into the resort! I get they try to sell these locations but to try and weasel in on my family on vacation is sleazy! This guy was a liar! Tried offering us money for Disney “ like cash”.

The location, the pool, the breakfast, the bar and food options, the front desk and all the services were excellent and very attentive! Whenever my little girl had a special request (e.g. sprinkles for her Mickey waffles, extra whipped cream) they delivered it with a big smile! It’s a very short and stroller friendly walk to Disney Springs and the pool area is nice too!

Everything was great.

BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS BUT SOMEWHAT PRICEY FOR WHAT I ATE. I AM A RETIRED MILITARY AS WELL AS A IHG MEMBER BUT DID NOT GET A BREAKFAST VOUCHER. I ALSO FEEL THAT I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY $20 PER DAY FOR PARKING, THE STATE AND COUNTY TAXES AND REORT FEES SHOULD BE ENOUGH. THE ROOM RATE WENT UP EACH NIGHT AND SHOULD BE A SET FEE FOR MILITARY AND VETERANS.

PAYING FOR PARKING $20 PER DAY AND THE RESORT FEES AND STATE AND COUNTY FEES ARE RIDICULOUS. THE ROOM SHOULD HAVE A SET PRICE AS WELL AND NOT INCREASE DAILY.

On the breakfast a man is making omelettes on request - that is the best part of the breakfast. Short drive to Disney Springs or 30 minutes walk. Good parking at the hotel (both self and valet). I was able to exchange two vouchers for free drinks at the bar to two bottled or canned soft drinks. One day I had to work in my room till 3pm and even so my room was cleaned (new towels, etc.) after I left the room for lunch-dinner. Very nice! The cheapest room (that I was staying at) had two separate huge double beds.

Breakfast - typical as in American hotels. Sweet cakes and scrambled eggs made probably from powder. The cost of the breakfast in the hotel is much higher than having breakfast at diner. The safebox was not working in my room (it was locked with unknown password at open doors). From the morning I heard cutlery noises from the restaurant. I suppose a lot of rooms could hear that as the hotel is build like a deep well with restaurant in the middle and rooms around.

The Location was great. Easy to find and close to the airport as well as the Disney world parks we were here to see. Free wifi with reasonable speed despite being on a high tower floor.

Check in staff didn't seem to care, long queues of people with complaints in the same line as people checking in causing delays and instantly bad vibes. Sold as an official Disney resort but no information really given and almost none existent Disney theming around the entire hotel. No rooms service at all and check in drinks we couldn't even use as we arrived late and visited Disney parks so every time we arrived back from the parks the bar was closed! They could at least have left a free drink in your room if you where arriving late! Relatively basic and old style rooms for the money and cheap dated decor. Not even close to 4*, feels quite dated and no frills. Breakfast was also very basic and no frills, not particularly inspirational. No option when booking for both breakfast and inclusive car parking, only one or the other which is frustrating! Arrived one night back from a park to 9 police sheriff cars and ambulances, was even sure it was safe to bring our children into the place, had to call reception to get the all clear! Crazy..

Super clean hotel with free transportation to Disney world park every hour. 5-minute walk to Disney Springs. Friendly staff.

Staff at the front desk aren’t too friendly, waited a bit to get served at check in when staff were talking amongst each other… made me feel like I wasn’t there. When walking in and out of the hotel the front staff aren’t welcoming at all. Lady at check out was super rude. Handed me my bill and sent me on my way. Didn’t even ask how was my stay or anything!

Absolutely everything...the check in and check out. And also the guys who give you the parking code. Everything about this hotel was amazing even just a really short walk and you are in disney springs..just remember when you're walking back late to watch the sprinklers..we got soaked hahahaa

Best possible location outside of the parks. Complimentary shuttles to and from the Disney parks every hour. Big rooms, good breakfast and nice pool.

Very pleased with the rooms, cleanliness, nice pool, friendly staff, good location.

The restaurant was lacking in food choices, it seemed more of a bar (which I enjoyed). A breakfast bar would have been nice.
