Property is beautiful

The main bathroom: bath drain was not working making it feel dirty every time I showered cause the bathtub would fill with water. The bath tub was jetted and could not be used. There was NO soap in the kitchen.

There was no warning that the access to the condo was up 38 steps which were icy as was the path across to the second set of stairs. This should have been mentioned in the description of unit 110-4.

We loved the proximity of it to Mont-Tremblant village. We also had a nice patio.

Most of the furniture was falling apart and in really bad shape. Also, both bathrooms smelled extremely bad.

Very clean, comfortable and close to the center of the city.

location, ameties, cleanliness

having to check in and more importantly check out physically at Beauvallon. it is very inconvenient to interrupt a ski day to check out.

There was an issue with the BBQ, it wouldn’t heat up to more than 180F, which essentially renders it useless. However, after a call, the maintenance team went above and beyond by buying, bulging and installing a brand new one. We were all very pleased with this service and it was much appreciated!

Just the location

Honestly, almost everything. 1) This property has a problem of safety as the railings inside & of the terrace are loose which can lead to a disaster, especially when you go with kids. 2) The towel hangers in bathrooms need to be fixed as one of them fall on my daughter's leg. 3) We were chocked when we entered this property of the smelly odor everywhere, It has no AC ( Which was not mentioned when we booked) 4) Utensils were not clean ( which is unacceptable especially in a Pandemic) 5) Swimming Pool is limited to 6 people for an hour only daily, which leave you desperate when you are 4 adults & 4 kids ( No transparency about these rules when booking)
