The queen suite was a nice size. We liked the space.

The pool was closed, and we thought it was going to be open. The exercise/fitness room is runned down. Things were broken in there. Specifically, the elliptical is falling apart and missing a panel, and the weight machine had pieces falling off.

I liked the fact that the rooms were clean. And they didn't smell like cigar smoke.

The fact that when you book a room through a third party. They do not tell you about the $150 dollar security deposit you got to have after booking a hotel room.

Spacious room. Very good breakfast choices.

Bathroom & room exceptionally clean. Great. No bedspread, all washable linens. Shower curtain clean & washable.

I wouldn't walk around at night near property. City area. But, secure with underground parking.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Easy access to downtown restaurants and attractions. Short drive to airport. Shuttle from motel to airport is available. Breakfast was good and well maintained.

Computer system was down when I arrived so had to wait in lobby for 30 minutes to check in. Bathtub drained slowly so I was standing in water while showering. Towel rack had a loose screw and fell down when hanging towel.

The check in procedure is a joke! I understand from the booking confirmation that the check in time is 3pm; however, absolutely no one was allowed to check in until exactly 3pm. As a result, when 3pm arrived, there was a huge line of over 20 people, all waiting to check in at the same time. Of course, there were only 2 people working the counter. Absolutely ridiculous! I've never been to a hotel, ever, where the staff would not allow anyone to check in until the "official" time.

the hotel staff (Monica, I think) was extremely kind and helpful. we arrived late in the evening and she got us all setup and offered my kiddos a treat bag as a kind gesture. the room was nice and clean. plenty of lighting inside the room, which I like.

I loved everytime I entered the hotel I was greeted. My stay was for 6 nights and I was treated so kindly the entire time. I was checking out Little Rock for a new possible place to move to and the people at the hotel made it very easy to decide to move. They went out of their way to see to my needs. thank you for a great visit.

A very long wait for check in. 2 ladies checking in, one was on the phone the entire 15 minutes while 6 persons were checking in
