Grandkids enjoyed the pool.
It was relatively quiet, which is very important to me.

It was fairly clean
The fire alarm went off. We had no idea what to do or what was going on. It was only on for a few minutes but no one ever came by to tell us weather or not it was a false alarm, if we needed to evacuate or anything.
We had to change rooms because the air wasn’t working, and there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom ( I never said anything because we were moving anyway, had we not been moving, I would have asked for another room.) and the bathtub was yellow on the bottom.
Our room had a dog smell.

Breakfast Lady was on top of guests needs and Staff in general are very nice and helpful. Check in very smooth and room was cleaned properly every day.

The breakfast selection was great! I was surprised at the amount of options. The fitness center was very nice as well. Rooms are very spacious.
I stood at the check-in counter for 13 minutes while the front desk employee talked on the phone with a future guest. I was surprised the employee didn’t put the caller on hold to check me in, especially since the conversation consisted of things that were not pertinent. (For example, he was talking about restaurants in the area. This guest was not checking in for another month…)
The door to my room did not meet the frame all the way. It shut and locked just fine, but there was a gap at the top between the door and frame which left me feeling a bit uneasy. (I included a picture.)

Good experience, I come to Little Rock every other month of so and am now staying at your hotel when I come to Little Rock for work. Your hotel meets all my needs while I am in Little Rock.

Close to hospital and easy access
Bathtub drained very slowly and toilet did not want to flush every time.

Convenient location when we come to Little Rock. We’ve stayed here 10+ times
We’ve stayed here many times. The shower was pretty bad this time, it was difficult to work and didn’t have much pressure. Check in staff was good, but late night staff seemed annoyed that we were there.

we were there when a big motorcycle group was there and they were in and out most the night. so didn’t sleep to well with the noise. Not the hotels fault.

I liked the value I got for my money. Breakfast was fine. Bathroom was very clean as was the room and the whole place. Even the refrigerator worked, amazing. I would stay there again.

All areas of the property were clean. It was a quick one night stay, so did not need the amenities.

My room was not as clean as it could have been, there was quite an accumulation of dirt in the corners in the bathroom. There were handprints on the headboard of my bed. That was a little disconcerting.

This place was amazing. Rooms are huge, beds so comfortable, views were spectacular and price was crazy good.
We got the package where we had to sit through a 90 minute presentation for their time share. 90 minutes turned into 3 1/2 hours and when they realized we were not going to buy in, everyone became kind of rude. Kicked us out the back door. Sales team kept us sitting there and kept trying to shove it down our throats. With every no came another sales person asking us why not.
