Nur Kleinigkeiten: Safe ging nicht, Kaffee fehlte einen Tag, Handtuch fehlte eines bei vier Personen aber alles wurde behoben nach Anmerkung an der Rezeption.

Great location, easy walk to loads of restaurants!

The staff were unhelpful and surly. A disappointing stay. The billing was not done as requested. I even called ahead to ensure it would be handled correctly. I called again to rectify the situation and it has not yet been corrected.

Clean room. Great views. Good location. Comfortable bed. Efficient check in. Good TV.

- No water in the room. $8 for a bottle in the room or $5 for a bottle in the vending machine outside. This should be a basic amenity. - Bathroom is dated and in need of upgrading. Old shower and curtain. The positioning of the shampoo containers prevents you form being able to hang your towel. - Noise. There was a dog in the room above us that was constantly running around when the owners were not there which disturbed us a lot. - No option of included breakfast. Poor options for the additional high price point. - External windows need cleaning as they were very dusty and impacted view out the window.

The room is spacious and the bed is so comfortable.

The Bathroom needs some enhancement

The bell desk was helpful and the bartenders at the bar were great. Very friendly.

Where to start. When we got there the clearance for parking is only 6ft which didn’t work for us because we were in my husband’s work truck that has a ladder rack. They told us the parking across the street had a 7ft clearance but it was not with the hotel so we would have to figure that out on our own, they ended up letting us park out front but still charged us the $68 they charge for parking. The second issue might be my fault, I thought I booked a double bed room since I was traveling with my husband and 3 kids, I guess I somehow booked a king bed. When we got there they gave me the keys and we went up and noticed it was a king bed room so we called right away and asked if there was any way we can switch to a double bed, they said absolutely not they were completely sold out for the night so we were stuck with one bed. Luckily we always travel with our two year olds playpen for him so we planned on just having him sleep there for the night and having my oldest old sleep on the couch and our 4 in our bed with us. When we got there we also noticed the room was very hot so we called after we turned the ac on and it wouldn’t cool after 45 minutes. When we called they rudely said that the reason it was still not working properly is because we turned it too low and had to wait for it to work. We decided to give it some more time like they suggested and after another 45 minutes still nothing. We called again and they said they would send the tech over but they did not know how soon he would make it to us. After waiting again he finally makes it over to us and says that the ac is not working and that he has to swap it out for a new one but that he had to go and get one and his tools and that he would be back in 25 minutes at this point the room just feels hotter and our two year old is starting to get fussy because we has not been able to nap.

The location of being in Chinatown, a block to North Beach one way or downtown a short walk away. The hotel itself is very nice.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Location, friendly, helpful and cheerful staff. Very comfortable bed and spacious room.

Didn’t like the sliding door into the bedroom toilet as it did not provide adequate privacy.

Wat een boeven bende is dit, een kamer geboekt voor 186 dollar en uiteindelijk een afrekening op je credit card krijgen van meer dan 450,- dollar!!! Dat de parkeerkosten er bij kwamen prima, maar een late check out erbij bereken van meer dan 150 dollar vind ik gewoon oplichting! Wij waren keurig s’ochtends op tijd uit gechecked en onze bagage in het depot gezet… maar hier wordt maar gerekend, want deze mensen komen toch niet meer terug… echt super slecht

Perfect location, nice functional hotel, clean with comfy beds but no luxory. positive impression, especially after reading some of the negative comments by other guest. You will not find a completely sound proof room in the center of a big town - so earplugs could do for the sensitive - or a visit to the country side. Also plenty of excellent Italian and Chinese restaurants very close to the hotel. You are in San Fransisco, USA so less fortunate people can’t be avoided in a centric location. I did not find the few homeless people around problematic (sad though) but did not stay out after 10pm. Hotel has huge TV screen in common room for guests and an OK restaurant. Perfect location and great value for the price.

Note that restauants close early in the US compared to Europe, dining out seems to be 6-8pm. Extravagant ones open till 10 😅but that is an exception. Writing this as I saw several comments saying that there are no restaurants in the area, which is completely wrong. Plenty of dinner places but they close early.

Das Personal im Restaurant war super, freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Personal am Empfang. Das erste Zimmer war das günstigste aber es lag neben dem Aufzug und denn hat man die ganze Zeit gehört. Gegen 50$ mehr gab es dann ein Upgrade. Das hat sich mit der Aussicht wieder gelohnt. Parkplatzgebühr finde ich zu hoch, da sollte man seinen Gästen doch etwas entgegen kommen. Frühstück überteuert. In einfacheren Hotels kriegt man mehr und leckeres Frühstück.

You are literally located in what looks like literally out of a zombie apocalypse movie of a street. Right outside the so called "Hilton" is like a crack house fest. Garbage on the floor, dirtiness, even the parking lot

Staff extremely passive aggressive and inpatient. Parking lot is so dirty feels almost like you could catch something. All night random alarms go off like you living in some random hood. If u step one foot outside the so called Hilton u will enter what is now officially the dirtiest filthiest crack head drug ridden garbage bearing street u will experience. Like it's literally located in what looks like a drug trap house. I couldn't believe this was the Hilton. This is 2024 and ladies and gentleman I just cannot explain to you what down town San Fransisco has turned into. A drug infested garbage filthy extremely unsafe zombie apocalypse. If u want to literally take ur partner or kids right into a crack house and street then go to Hilton Financial District, if u think I am exaggerating just take a simple ride thru it and let me know if u think I'm exaggerating.

I liked that everything was close by or easy to get to. Bayview room had excellent view of the city bay

Wish the bathtub had a stopper in it and that room was a little bit bigger

1) Sad about the location, being my first time to US and to downtown SF I thought staying at Chinatown area would have been a safe option to get good food and restaurants or convenience store, but boy was I wrong, everything shut early and no convenience stores in the close vicinity after 8pm, not many restaurants in Chinatown were open either. So no this is not Hilton’s fault but the location is definitely a let down these days 2) Bathroom is a bit small 3) No free breakfast 4) Carpet on hallway makes pushing bags a challenge

La chambre est au dernier étage avec un balcon qui vous plonge au milieu des grattes ciel !! Le lit était très confortable On sort de l’hôtel et on a accès à tout, pas très loin !

Faudrait changer les joints de la fenêtre qui ont était défoncé par des clients un peu bourrin…car ça laisse rentrer l’air qui était frais lors de notre séjour Bon rien de grave vu la climatisation fonctionne bien en mode chaud mais ça oblige de la laisser allumé à bloc…donc pas très économique pour l’hôtel et la planète…

The location was pretty central, only 20 minute walk to main areas ie fisherman’s wharf, Alcatraz tours, union square. Facilities were amazing gym was very good. Originally was placed in a room that backed into the elevator which was incredibly noisy, I asked staff if it was possible to be moved and they immediately gave us a new room further away we were very impressed with the service.

Windows aren’t very soundproof so be weary with lower level rooms. We were on level 9 and could hear a lot of road noise and people talking/yelling in the middle of the night. Also be weary when booking standard double rooms as the back onto the elevator shaft which is incredibly noisy and you can hear the elevator constantly.

Location to sone great food and easy parking

It was very basic but we didn’t expect anything more. The bathroom is very dated.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the resturant offered good food. The location is great!!

The quality of tissue and toilet paper in the rooms is below average. I wish the hotel resturant offered more options. One day they were not ready for customers at 6:30 which had us run a little behind schedule for our first appointment.

The location was great for our weekend plans. Further, the convenance of breakfast at the facility was a plus. The wait staff in the restaurant were fantastic!

My bank card was hacked at some point during our stay. I found out when we went to breakfast.

Location

Very old room design and forniture. On booking.com they wrote information that are not true. No bidet and no microwave in any room, according to what rude reception staff said. They also suggested booking.com must have made up those information. Little food selection at breakfast (no croissants, cereals, biscuits, pain of chocolate, nothing suit…). Very dirty windows (the view was always foggy and grey due to the dirt). The crib requested on arrival was not there. The parking fee was absolutely ridiculous (60$ + taxes) per day. There are plenty of other parking around that cost less than half.
