宿泊の翌朝早朝にバスターミナル発着の旅行参加であったのでロケーションが良く助かりました。また荷物あっても駅近で徒歩でも疲れ知らずにチェックインできました。

The location is excellent. Very clean. More spacious than most rooms in NYC. Have stayed twice. Would definitely stay again. Very clean and quiet. No long waits for elevators. Overall a great place to stay in NYC.

Value for money. No working fridge in the room. We booked for 3 people, but only had a double bed. Roll in extra bed costs 25$ a night. These costs were waived,but itnis ridiculous that a 3 person booking only has beds for 2. Fridge is also an extra 25$ per day. On a 340$ per night room, this is ridiculous!

Well located close to many attractions, public transportation.

Everyone was very friendly. I left my Dyson blow dryer in the room after check-out. Concierge brought it out to my car when I came back for it

Location is fantastic - adjacent to Times Sq and next door to subway

Check-in clerk was very unfriendly. Room was not ready on check-in despite it being past 4pm. The check-in clerk couldn’t care less and when we asked for an idea of when the room might be ready she shrugged her shoulders and said “I’ve no idea”. When asked for a ball-park time as to when we should return, again she just said she had no clue. Very unwelcoming attitude. She should not be on the front desk. “Resort Fee” is a rip off and a farce. Westin is not paying for the upkeep of NYC as a resort, and to be charging for it scandalous. Hotel does not impart an atmosphere of quality or luxury. Lobby is full of people lying on the couches with empty pizza and McDonald’s packing strewn about. More resembles a doss-house.

Location was great. There is a movie theater connected to the hotel which is a bonus.

Helpful, excellent staff in particular Ernest. Convenient location. Food was very good - breakfasts were a good start for the day. Room was very comfortable.

Comfy beds, nice showers (rain shower and hand held shower and tub), good views, fantastic location. Staff was the best! So friendly and welcoming.

There was a mistake when we checked in (towels on the floor, lights on, tv on, so someone hadn’t fully cleaned the room) but the immediately gave us a better room and it was all good.

Everything, the hotel, was convenient to everything. The check was awesome. The staff was exceptional. The restaurant was relaxing and had a great vibe.

No complaints

Had two complaints about the room, the shower squirting water all over the bathroom and the second about high level of dust in the bathroom that even the manager was shocked with. First was resolved but no the latter.

Everything was phenomenal from checkin to checkout. The front desk staff was very nice and professional. The bell men were very helpful. I had to have a few things sent up to my room(toothpaste)and they came very fast and I appreciate that. The room was so comfortable very clean and the views were AMAZING! My husband and I are NEVER disappointed when we stay at Westin! Two thumbs up ALWAYS!

Location is excellent, near to time square, train station. Front desk staff excellent service. Clean and spacious room. Good restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was good and the staff on the breakfast room were very kind. Bathroom with hot water and clean.

We arrive at 6:00pm, the room was not available. Manager offered other room with 1 king bed and a sleeper sofa for the kids for that night until our room be ready, when we arrive at the offered room we only had a king bed, no sleeper sofa. Next day our room still not available until 3:00pm., we had to move our luggage.

J'ai aimé le cadre, l'emplacement. C'est vraiment bien situé. L'accueil était joviale .

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was good.

The rooms are dated. The room did not feel clean. The bathroom was very nice. The room had a shared door with another room, we could hear the next room at night. Too loud.

It’s very close to Times Square. We got a great view. The inside is quiet and very clean.

We couldn’t have had better bed. Location is perfect for everything we wanted to do. Super helpful staff. Really enjoyed the experience.

Window coverings could be better. For such a busy light filled area you need block out curtains.

There was no fridge in the rooms. Being parents to our 1 year old it was quite tough to manage his whole milk.
