could use some updating inside but was still very clean just with the carpet and tile it was dark inside just needs some light

The ocean view

Nice view of harbor marina the ocean was on the other side of my room. Short walk through parking lot brought me to a rocky ledge to view the water. Room was nice with a fireplace but felt outdated and need of new carpet. Easy access to freeway and convenience shopping. Needed a family meeting room and sitting area worked.

All furnishings very outdated. Two staff were great, one not so much. No change for tips at front desk. Not all rooms were stocked with same amenities.

I loved everything about the stay. Only thing was construction upstairs in the morning but I did call lobby and they asked them to stop.

This is one of our favorite places to stay. The facility is older but the view and the value can't be beat. The staff is great but Edwin at the front desk is exceptional! So accommodating and always with a smile!

The King Size bed in our 2 bedroom suite was like sleeping on the floor. It was not comfortable at all. There were tiny ants in both bathrooms. Love the sea lions but they are noisy all night long.

No vending machines, water, or ice

The staff who checked me in were rude. They told me I was the very last person and waiting to check me in. As I'm being checked in, a bug falls onto the check-in counter.

It was in a good location. You could walk out and see the harbor. It was located near some restaurants.

The room is old and needs remodeling or at least some new paint and flooring. It also did not have A/C so the room was very hot and muggy. We had been booked for a room with a balcony but we did not receive what we paid for.

Booking.com didn't get this room right. I picked this hotel for an ocean view. The view, however is for a two room suite not a one bedroom that I booked. I arrived late and tired to discover the premier one room I booked didn't assist. I am very disappointed in booking.com!!
