the service wasn't good we ask the front desk to send someone to clean the room and it took more than 6 hours, also we ask for some towels because we didn't have any because the room haven't been clean in 3 days

The hot breakfats items could have been better. The price could have been better it was kind of insane to have so many daily fees and parking fees.

This hotels location is fabulous! The beach is a quick walk, with plenty to access in downtown Oceanside. The hotel terrace and pool offered great leisure options and the breakfast was good. It was a short walk to the beach and many dinner locations.

The hotel staff was pleasant but were not timely with requests for towels and bedding. The towel service in the pool area and beach rental were sparse. The towel return buckets were constantly overflowing onto the floor. The parking options were limited and the ruse of "valet" only parking was a little frustrating.
