Healthier continental breakfast. Great kitchen facilties
Ridiculous pricing for spa facilties
No restaurant open anywhere on the ski hill in summer.

Beautiful area right and near the gondola, which is why
beautifully landscaped as well.

Loved the hot tub, clean beautiful lodge. Friendly staff. Thankful for the small kitchenette to have dishes available. Nice selection for light breakfast.
Family suite main level queen positioned right in front of air conditioner, limited parking near building, no elevator had to carry luggage upstairs to 3rd floor. Location to Glacier NP West entrance was a bit of a distance up/down mountain side.

Staff was super friendly! Breakfast options were great! Location was perfect!
Our room wasn't cleaned/restocked the last three of our five night stay. There was a musical festival in town; perhaps they were understaffed? Also the AC unit often rattled.

The scenery was amazing and the beds super comfy!
The only thing I didn’t like was that there is not an elevator. Our room was on the 3rd floor and lugging 5 suitcases up 3 flights of stairs was quite challenging!

I liked how close it was to the bike park.
Very outdated and completely overpriced for how old everything is. No dinner at the restaurant or beverages at the bar like advertised

The lodge was absolutely wonderful. Super cozy and comfortable. I love that you just walk across the street put your skis on and go! I would prefer a slightly better breakfast. But other than that everything was perfect. The meals were amazing.

They have a van that takes you from lobby to slopes. The shuttle (not with Kandahar) will also take you from slopes back to lodge or you can call for the van. The hot tub was relaxing and never crowded. Continental breakfast was decent; hard-boiled eggs, sliced ham, turkey and salami, sliced cheese, yogurt, cereals, porridge, bread/bagels/, waffles, fruit. The lobby fireplace was welcoming and a gathering place to meet and chat. Hailey’s Run brought us right to back of the lodge.
Called for van from the ski hill. 35 minutes later took the mountain shuttle. The steak meal in the Snug was underwhelming. Twenty + for a flattened piece of meat and a small portion of mashed potatoes with one leaf of spinach.

location, ambiance and cozy Stu
front desk gentleman was NOT helpful or kind and actually rather rude.

This old lodge was very nice. Had the convenience of its own bar and restaurant, if you wanted to stay in. Nice walk to village, but maybe not with skis.....Has its own parking across the road.
The parking was challenging in that it was down a slippery drive and accross the main road. Unload/load gear before parking. Ski lift access was either a walk down across the lot, or take shuttle. You could ski in to Kandahar, but not out. The restaurant was too expensive for me. Maybe a few less processed food choices for breakfast would be good. No elevator for luggage, but staff was helpful in that wasy

We love it here. We try to make a winter trip with our kiddos at least every other year.
We love the coziness, shuttle to get to the hill and Jim in the Snug bar.

Very cozy and friendly atmosphere throughout.
There are no elevators, so hauling everything up several flights of stairs is a bit challenging for 73 with bad knees. But it keeps with the homey atmosphere of the lodge.

Kandahar was ideal for a Christmas vacation. The holiday decor was perfect and everything about the place was cozy and Christmas-y without being over-the-top. Staff were wonderful and our room was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with good variety. Appreciated the popcorn, cookies, and hot chocolate set out during the day. The free shuttle around the mountain saved us from dealing with parking and snowy roads. Loved that we could ski straight to the lodge. We definitely want to return one day.
It was hard being on the third floor with no elevator and it was a little too warm inside but these "difficulties" were slight.

My husband and I had a lovely three night stay at Khandahar Lodge. Our room was comfortable and furnished appropriately. The bed was very comfortable. The included breakfast offered various and delicious items and was presented very nice. My husband and I expecially liked the outdoor hot tub. The temperature was great and we would go in early every morning before we started the day. The lodge is very pretty and met our expectations.
Guests should know there is no elevator to the 2nd floor. There are signs saying that the staff will assist you in bringing up your luggage which is great. However, if a guest has any kind of difficulty walking up stairs they should be aware of the fact there is no elevator.

Cozy fireplace lounge, excellent mountain views
Food options very reduced in shoulder season; very small (but cozy) bar

Secluded location in the mountains, rustic lodge interior
Very noisy building, you can hear all other tenants regularly. The breakfast is quite minimal, consisting of bread, coffee, and some wrapped waffles - missing creativity

We loved the whole feel of the place. the lobby was wonderful and we enjoyed mornings and nights there. the bar was also lovely, warm and inviting while very small. the food was terrific! highly recommend!
the rooms were clean and comfortable but the beds were up against the wall and it was difficult to get in and out of bed for two older people.

It was easy to find, the lodge is at the end of the road…
Breakfast in the morning was well presented, and had something for most tastes (and plenty of it).
We checked in late, so we really weren’t able to take advantage of all the features of the lodge.

They had a very bare continental breakfast.no real gluten free options

The staff were all helpful and friendly. the complimentary continental breakfast was top notch. they even had sandwich fixings to pack up and take with you to Glacier Nat’l Park. rustic lodge type rooms were large.
No elevator=lots of stairs. it’s an older building, so the floors creak. We are both light sleepers, so we heard the people above us stomping around and creaking floors at all hours of the night :-( small restroom, but it was fine.
