Great location and view

Room not maintained and not clean. Breakfast isn't good at all. There were many things not working properly in the room. Most were fixed after a day, the tub which was the main one, took two days to fix it.

Location, staff was helpful and friendly, very clean, large rooms and amenities.

Variety of things to do! Walking, hiking. Location was exceptional, Very scenic. Suite was wonderful, lots of drawers to keep it tidy. Bed very comfortable. Friendly staff, who spoke English. We really liked the trolleys to help load and unload our luggage.

I liked everything about the resort. No complaints at all.

I loved the decor of the rooms and the variety of amener is available.

it was impossible to get the attention of the bar tending staff to order a drink, they kept their backs to the counter and were playing at “looking busy” very often. My room was not far away so it was more convenient to get my own drink in my room. However, I was asked politely to leave with my drink because it was not from the bar (understandably) Had the bar staff been more inviting or prepared I believe both the patrons and the hotel would have benefited. it was a missed opportunity.

we payed extra for 5 people in room there was no extra pillows for our 5th guess when we asked for extra blanket the staff gave us a sheet no blankets available and they weren't very warm in receiption I travel for work I sleep in Hotels approximately 40 to 60 times a year and for at $960 for 2 nights the suite was nice but i expected at least same service as my regular hotels . also there is NOT enough lighting in the room it is way to dark. the buildings and amenities are very nice the ice surface the bike etc love that . But your staff could be better trained in helpfulness.

Was in the hotel during February and it was very cool! tons of things to do, whether inside or outside; outside they made a nice skating ring, there is a hockey ring and you can go to outdoor spa (not that big though so might be a bit crowded in peak hours; inside there is a gym (super clean btw), playroom with air hockey, ping pong table and kids playground area. At the reception area there is a pool table and for those who like to read, there are some cool books for common use and there is an ability to use fat bike free of charge (first come-first served basis) For those who own electric cars, there are two Tesla chargers that you can use free of charge (unsure if there are non Tesla ones as Tesla was a thing for me) Overall a great experience, hotel is nice a very clean!

There is one restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner; it is a bit pricey though as there are not a lot of things around and delivery is pretty limited to non existent in the area. Have to admit that despite the price tag, the food was very tasty!

The room was larger than the standard hotel room. There was a large balcony which overlooked the parking lot. The view from the lake side must have been fabulous. The personnel were friendly and helpful, offering advice, a smile and a hello before you could ask. Overall a great experience.

We stayed here as a date night get away. It was beautiful, modern, high ceilings, and the staff were friendly. The internet was good enough for a morning business video call.Will be recommending to all my family and friends.

Gorgeous peaceful room and superb location surrounded by picturesque hills. The hotel is well appointed and very quiet. Beds are extremely comfortable. We liked the complimentary breakfast muesli in the room as well as the coffee machine. The little lake is lovely and clean. We were there in autumn so enjoyed the fall colours. Our stay was short so we did not have time to enjoy the spa, gym, pool or water sports, but they all looked lovely. Highly recommended for quality of the location and the property.

The small bedside lights in our room did not work and they appeared to be broken or without bulbs. We could not get them to operate. This was inconvenient because I like to read in bed. The clock radio was not set at the correct time which should be done automatically when the room is cleaned.

Plenty space in the room, nice bathroom! Coffee and granola as part of the amenities! Nice dinner in the restaurant!

Lovely large rooms beautifully presented. Lake view. Comfortable bed.
