The location was good. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping.

The lighting in the bathroom was dim and hard to see especially trying to do your makeup and hair. The pool wasn’t really a pool but rather a sun bathing pool 👎🏽

Lobby and rooms were modern and clean. Location is great and can walk to the beach, shopping and resturants.

The pool is only a wading pool and spa so no swimming. There is no resturant onsite. There is no laundry onsite. There are no balconies.

Location, staff, room, cleanliness. Overall a great place to stay.

A minor thing is the pool which is too shallow. But this had no impact on us enjoying our stay. Great place.

Lack of convenience foods

The location was good easy walk to everything

Booked a high floor king room to find out that a high floor was considered level 7 (one floor under the lobby) and was positioned over an intersection which made it very loud. Went to the reception and told them about the issue and was moved to the 20th floor - was tol that it may have a slight buzz from the lifts but we would be able to see the room first. As we went up there we did notice a maintenance person go to one of the lifts. We saw the alternate room and for that time it was much quieter. We moved all our bags and then within a few minutes it appeared that all the lifts were running at once. Can only assume that th maintenance person we saw on the way up was there to shut down 2 of the lifts so that it wasnt as noising when we were looking at the room. As we sat on the couch with the ripped fabric in the now 20th floor room we decided that we would leave the hotel there would be no way we would b able to get any rest at all. We contacted reception about cancelling our stay, they organised another room on the 7th floor which was much much quieter. It was definitely not the most ideal situation but at least we had a quiet room where we could rest at night. Please note the pool is not a pool more like a puddle with no real shade options, In the 4 days we were there we didnt see anyone use it at all. We were asked when we checked in if we wanted cleaning during our stay and were encouraged to rest and relax. 4 days without cleaning was not what we paid nearly $700AUD per night for and quickly realised it was because they didnt have enough staff to maintain the rooms they had. The cleaning staff are definitely overworked. The beds were ok but the pillows were like concrete, would benefit from a refresh.

The hospital was very Hawaiian! I was met with welcoming vibes by all staff from the cleaning crew to the bell desk and concierge and valet.

It wasn't free but what is now a days

Everything was amazing location, facilities, beach location.

There was nothing to complain about.

Location is great, short walk to Waikiki Beach, Trolley stop, ROSS is 50 m away. Staff is very friendly, allowed us to check in earlier.

The location and reception staff

The concierge could not give us clear directions to Waikiki beach he seemed unsure!! We chose the hotel expecting room service and breakfast as advertised but we were told the restaurant was closed due to covid....you can't use covid as an excuse any more! The star rating and price should be reduced because of this. Also we had to try and squeeze in between oversized furniture to make a coffee inside a cupboard in our room! Seriously? We were supposed to return for 4 nights on our way back home in May but we cancelled and booked elsewhere. False advertising and severely ripping people off. Not at all happy! I have taken the time to give you this feedback. Now what are you going to do about it?

friendly staff

not as nice as I thought it would be

The location was perfect. It’s in downtown so the area is always busy but it was quite central to everything we wanted to do during our stay. Most of the places we wanted to visit was a ~15 minute car ride. Tons of restaurants walking distance. There’s even a massage parlor right across the street called Waikiki Wind Spa, check it out. That was a great, relaxing experience also. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the rooftop pool area was nice as well.

The location is good, about a 5-minute walk to the beach. This makes it close to the beach, but not the best location (there are closer hotels). The hotel provides chairs and beach umbrellas (but you must carry them to the beach). Nice restaurants and stores to buy food from nearby. The pool, although not very big, was not crowded, providing a nice place to relax.

Some of the chairs and beach umbrellas provided were not very comfortable or were not working properly. The walk to the beach carrying the stuff is already cumbersome enough, going back to change them would make it a bad day.

It was a bit noisy and parking was expensive.

I love the location you are literally feet away from dining, shopping, attractions, ect it’s so convenient you can walk anywhere from the room!

I wish there was better lighting in the bathroom. it was so hard to get ready (do my makeup) when I went out for dinner, brunch, ect there also wasn’t a desk in the room I stayed in so I couldn’t use natural lighting

Beautiful outlook from ocean view room. Great room, smartly designed, friendly and professional staff
