I like how the property has a reasonable price for what it offered. The room was clean and had plenty of space for food. Everything in the room worked. The only problem was that the bed board had come loose, but it is understandable as the facility is undergoing renovations. This did not impede me getting a room which was fantastic.

They say they offer coffee and breakfast, but due to the renovations these facilities were unavaible at the time. The spot if conveniently located to many areas of food and near anything people need. There were individuals who would be a bit loud at night that were staying near by, this was a bit disturbing, but it is understandable as many come for vacation with their families.

I reported an issue and they didn't care! The bathtub got flooded after a few seconds you open the shower. When we got back on the 2nd night, they didn't do anything, not even clean the room. But I get it, this is the kind of place you arrive at night and the receptionist talks to you by the window, so what else can you expect?

Location is close to shopping centers/food drink/entertainment. Clean, well kept room and landscaping. Room decor is up to date and appliances worked without issues. Staff very friendly!

The neighboring properties are a bit of an eyesore, but nothing that would discourage me from staying again.

only the desk staff. girl who checked us in was nice and sweet. girl who checked us out 10 minutes later was respectful and understanding

toothpaste in the sink. toilet paper was dirty. smelt horrible. another person watched me and my daughter walk in the room and shortly after knocked on our door!! immediately checked out!

The property is infested with bedbugs.

nothing carpet was dirty and wet. walk across it and feet were jet black. Stunk so bad had to wash all our clothes when we left. Lights flickered all the time. Not fit for an animal. Worst place I have ever stayed. Have pictures also. They should be closed down.

There was no hot water for the whole time I was there tried to give them a chance to rectify it but had to leave and go somewhere else after the second day also the room smelt weird if AC was not running

I left hotel day earlier ( Checkout on December 10). I had spoke to manager about poor condition of room, broken door, loud area, dirty floor, broken shower name few.

the bed was comfortable

the bathroom was very old, there were bugs, parties all the time, laundry facilities were down. the staff was nice.

It was close to everything reasonable price. It was comfortable

The pool was filthy and my husband had to clean it himself for daughter to get in. They kept my 50 dollar deposit.
