Room is perfect for our family with kids and parents, everyone is comfortable, it feels like home with complete amenities of a house like kitchen and laundry room, our kids enjoyed their indoor pool and movie theater room. Friendly staff and very good service.

You need to go to marketing/timeshare salesman to get your key, parking permit and wristbands.

The accommodation was so comfortable and the property is beautiful.

Loved where this room was. We have small kids so we want the lower level, and we loved looking at the pond with the pretty lights around it.

I would like to be able to have a option for 2 king size rooms

water pressure in the shower was to low. Parking was really tight.

We love the area. We spend quite a bit of time here so to stay where we know where everything is makes it nice

Our room was really outdated and dirty. The shower door was so coated in hard water scale i actually got a scratch that bled. The bed in the "master" was lumpy and uncomfortable. The floors were so dirty that our socks were black from walking around. There were cigarette butts all over the patio and leaves all around the front entrance to the room. Kitchen cabinet doors that were stuck shut, and really filthy. Lots of hair and dust behind doors and along baseboards.

The location was good. Easy to get to other activities outside the resort.

The one bedroom suite was smaller than other resorts I've stayed in and for what I paid for.
