Came to this property late night with a reservation of King room however, the manager I talked to said there is no other room available other than the one standard 2 queen bedroom room on the first floor. Being tired from a long drive, I took what was available only to find the room is not cleaned and the bedsheets were not change. Along side with this, there were people drinking on the lobby and being so loud but the manager doesn’t seem to be bothered about it. When I complained about the room, the manager said sarcastically that she “can” change the bedsheets if I want to, like what does she expect?! I decided to cancel and leave the place as I was so disappointed by how we were treated here knowing that it has a lot of great reviews online, the sole reason why we choice the place at first.

Booked my room with booking.com but was called within minutes by the hotel to tell me there was no rooms available. . .I was still charged for the room even though I was supposed to pay at the property, and now a week later and I still have not received my refund.

It was very modern and in a great area . You’re not far from a lot of restaurants and local attractions.

Indoor pool, variety of food at breakfast, location, friendly staff, both firm and soft pillows on each bed, room had all amenities we needed and was clean and ready when we arrived. The staff at check-in was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us maps and coupon books for local attractions. The hotel was quiet and has a pretty scenic view. Parking was available near our room.

Housekeeping didn't come at all during our 5 day stay so we had to empty our trashcan ourselves and get more towels and toilet paper from the front desk. We really had to pull the door to our room hard to get it to latch. It may have just been swollen from summer humidity. The soap and lotion were locked in a fixture on the wall 2 feet away from the sink. My 7 year-old couldn't reach them or the sink which was pretty high without standing on our cooler. Having a stepstool in each room would be nice since many people travel with their children. It would have been hard for a shorter adult to reach without a stool.

We stayed here on our way to Florida. The hotel was nice, the breakfast was good. The lady at the desk when we arrived was nice.

I didn’t like that when we arrived it was about 1am, we drove 8 1/2 hrs from Ohio, we were tired and just wanted to go to sleep. I learned that they gave away our room that I had booked using the booking app because they couldn’t verify my credit card. (It was canceled days before because it was hacked and I had to get a new one) they said they tried to call me but nobody ever did. She said they had no more suites available and they only had a room with 2 dbl beds. That didn’t even accommodate my family. She tried to call her manager and then someone else and said there was nothing they could do since I used a 3rd party site. I always use the booking app and I’ve never had this happen. 3 of my kids had to sleep in chairs and on the floor. I asked her if she could give us another room for the inconvenience since they gave away our 2 bedroom suite I booked and she said she couldn’t. I was really disappointed.
