wonderful lady at front desk very clean great location !! WE LOVE THE NOON CHECKOUT !!

we didn’t get the room we paid for we needed a double Queen with a pull out couch but it wasn’t ready so we had to get a king room but that made our teenage kids sleeping together which is not ideal

The property was awesome, staff accommodated my early check-in on a sold out weekend, and a slight error in billing was corrected immediately. Great place and would absolutely stay again!

I have stayed here a number of times when I come to visit family and friends. I like the location.

The mattress was the worst I have ever slept on. I can’t believe the hotel would ever have such a poor mattress. It was like a 350 pound person had slept in the bed for 20 years. I took photos!!! And the elevator noise! If the hotel is full… I could understand being placed in that room but it didn’t appear to be. Get a real restaurant that is open and doesn’t serve on paper and plastic!!!

Broken coffee maker; sink stopper wouldn't stay set; poor breakfast food; key cards failed after 1st night; TV remote batteries must be low; shower drains too slowly

Not knowing if the cleaning person did their job right knowing that they weren't is why I wasn't comfortable. wondering if the sheets were clean fresh. I found a couple of reasons to make me wonder.
