The beds were very comfortable. The remote for the tv took a little while to figure out how to use.

There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, we requested a non smoking room, when we walked in it smelled like smoke and the comforter on the bed had cigarette burns on it.

Not only no hot breakfast, waffle maker doesn’t work, but no coffee, unless you count a 10 cup coffee maker in the lobby as breakfast coffee for the whole hotel. Dirty. everything. cold indoor pool with questionable water.

looked like it was abandoned, tv didn’t work, no cups for coffee, no coffee, couch was broken in the middle. ended up with small bug bites in the morning. just overall not good. the property was dirty and over grown with weeds .

Convenient location

Advertised hot breakfast was only coffee and prepackaged muffin. Signs on juice and waffle maker “out of order”. No toaster Lobby reeked of cigarette smoke. Room floor- apparently never cleaned near edge near walls. All dirty w/ hair, lint and ? No toilet paper in room

Check in was easy. They had my reservation, and it was simple. The drains worked.

Before we even got into the room we could hear the air conditioner grinding away like the breaks on an 18wheeler. It was obviously in need of repair. We asked to change rooms and were told the hotel was full. The air conditioner worked thankfully, but it was loud! The general condition of the room was poor. Obviously very old, which is ok if things are in good repair, but everything was in poor condition. The carpet was stained and sticky. The sheets and bedspreads had cigarette holes in them. The toilet paper holder was torn out of the wall, and gross behind it. The door closed but had to be shoved hard to lock it. It bulged a little even when the dead bolt was locked, which made it hard to lock the bar lock. Overall it did lock, but it didn't give the idea that it couldn't be busted down easily. Not how you want to sleep in a hotel. I have stayed in cheep hotels my whole life and this one wasn't worth half the price we paid, let alone full price. I have stayed in nicer hotels in underdeveloped countries, and not on a resort. Would not recommend, and will not return.

It was a place to sleep. That is the only good thing about it.

Our first room had a non working ac unit, the lobby guy looked at me like I needed to be the one to fix it then huffed while he switched our room. Our new room had no towels, stained sheets, no toilet paper, no tv remote, then we were given a remote with dead batteries. We took it up to the lobby and the guy literally shrugged his shoulders and continued to watch the video on his phone. So we went and bought our own batteries for the remote. His communication skills were that of a 2 year old. We used our own towels the same 3 nights we stayed because the last thing we wanted to deal with on top of the dirty bed sheets and lack of basic supplies, was to deal with the night time lobby person.

The staff did spear to be friendly. I’m not a smoker, the room initially given to me smelled like heavy smokers rented prior to me. Even had an ashtray in the middle of table. Went to front office to express me concerns. There were not opposed to finding another room for me.

Ran out of toilet paper the second night. According to the room pictured that sold me to my room selection, did not exist. The upgraded room I booked had a red heart shaped tub in the room. I’m over six foot tall and was looking forward to soaking in a larger tub. Extremely disappointed but did not complain.

the smell was horrible if smoke and mildew! there were stains all over the couch, the bedding looked dirty, was not a decent place at all. i am allergic to smoke and ended up having to leave the room and stay else where! I would honestly prefer some type of refund. they tried to place me in another room and it was worse then the first one. very very over priced for this facility!!

Nothing ! False advertising ! Went there because it Said there was a usable pool.staff said pool has been closed for a long time! Looked at pool and it was filthy. Went through 3 rooms before we found a slightly dirty room we stayed 1 night in. Told them False advertising and because of cancelation charges we would only stay the 1 night. Said they would refund other 2 nights. Tuesday morning qe seen they charged for all 3 days when we stayed 1!

False advertising! No usable pool. Nasty unclean rooms! Told them this when we checked in and again after staff took us to 3 different rooms before we took the least dirty room because they said we couldn't cancel without them charging for the first night stay.told us they refund the other 2 nights because we told them we checking out in morning and we checked out in the morning. They later still charged us for the whole 3 days!

The hotel price was of an upscale hotel but when you get there it is filthy water in pool dirty rooms I was scared to sleep in bed feaf of bed bugs I had to go rent a different hotel lost 138 dollars don't make this mistake

Cockroach on the front desk when walked in, pool was dark green and had stuff floating in it all the furniture was stained, computer desk broke and a hole kicked in the dresser on top of the tub having dark yellow stains all over it, me and my wife did not stay and asked for money back said we would get it and they charged us anyways worst hotel I have ever stayed in

The room had an awful odor- had to go by air freshener. Bed was hard as rock Bed was never made in 3 days. Fell in shower and hit my head- very slippery
